Someone I Care

Chapter V

Sesshomaru arrived at the palace where Toran was, there he saw Toran and his three Panther Demon brothers praying to the giant Panther Demon who they said was Commander or their master. Sesshomaru wanted to attack but was blocked by a barrier. 

Then from the opposite direction, Inuyasaha came and used his sword to destroy the barrier. Sesshomaru just watched as Inuyasha attacked. The giant demon needs blood and also souls to fully rise Toran along with his three brothers tried to give the giant demon a human soul which they called master. 

But the humans have escaped with the help of Kagome, Miroku, and Sango to escape from there. Toran and his brothers were about to attack Inuyasha when Sesshomaru observed Inuyasha and remembered what happened before.

~Flassback~

"You are very good Sesshomaru-sama, you were able to defeat the Demon Panther, you have achieved victory", said Jaken. "What victory, we let them escape", said Sesshomaru. Then he looked at the sword he was using "I can't use this sword, Tenseiga is a healing sword, it can't be used to kill, but the other sword that Tetsusaiga father left..."

~Flassback end~

'And to think... I can't use Tetsusaiga's sword' Sesshomaru said in his mind. As he saw Inuyasha cornered, Sesshomaru pulled out the other sword he had and attacked them. 

Toran and his three brothers were unconscious, while Inuyasha stood up, "What are you doing?!" said Inuyasha irritably. Sesshomaru approached Inuyasha "Stop Inuyasha, they are my prey", said Sesshomaru. 

"I won't, you are the one who should go", said Inuyasha. While Inuyasha and Sesshomaru were arguing. Someone observed them from a distance and slowly approached.

Sesshomaru and Inuyasha were fighting, on the one hand, Toran and his three brothers had woken up and planned to combine their powers and attack Sesshomaru as well as Inuyasha. But the giant demon attacked the three Toran brothers and ate their souls. 

Making the giant demon fully awake. Sesshomaru tried to attack the giant demon but his attack was blocked. Inuyasha also tried to attack but his attack was also parried, Jaken warned Inuyasha that his opponent was not the same as his previous opponents.

The giant demon attacked Sesshomaru and Inuyasha, but they both managed to avoid the attack. The demon continued to attack, Sesshomaru managed to get a gap and tried to attack but the giant demon realized this and swung the attack making Sesshomaru bounce back while blocking the attack. 

Jaken approached Sesshomaru out of concern, but he only stayed silent when he saw Sesshomaru's angry expression. Someone approached Sesshomaru and touched his shoulder. Sesshomaru was surprised and looked back, "(Y/n), what the..." Sesshomaru murmured, then Tenseiga's sword beat. 

"Tenseiga, you want me to use you", said Sesshomaru, then he turned to (Y/n). (Y/n) nodded, and then Sesshomaru used Tenseiga's sword to attack the giant. "Whatever your attack is, your dull sword won't be able to hurt..." the giant said as he lost his strength. 

"I leave the rest to you Inuyasha", said Sesshoaru leaving the place. He saw (Y/n) and approached him, "What are you doing here?" asked Sesshomaru. (Y/n) was silent and pointed at the giant. 

Sesshomaru nodded and understood the purpose of (Y/n) there. "Come back everything is finished", said Sesshomaru, (Y/n) nodded and disappeared from there. Sesshomaru walked back followed by Jaken.

"Rin" Sesshomaru called out, "Sesshomaru-sama is back", Rin said happily. Sesshomaru nodded, and then picked up (Y/n), placing her on top of Aun's body. "Let's go", said Sesshomaru, " Go... go..." said Rin happily. 

"Sesshomaru-sama when will (Y/n)-sama wake up?" asked Rin. Sesshomaru did not answer Rin's question, "Rin don't bother Sesshomaru-sama", said Jaken. They all walked until they found a cave where Sesshomaru laid his body on the ground. 

Rin and Jaken made a campfire, then Aun lay down near (Y/n). Rin and Jaken went for a walk with Aun somewhere. Sesshomaru was in the cave guarding (Y/n).

Not long after, Rin and Jaken returned with Aun. Rin had a flower in her hand and gave it to Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru accepted it, Rin then went over to Jaken and played with him. Not long after, (Y/n) began to gain consciousness and woke up from her sleep. 

"Don't wake up your body is still weak" said Sesshomaru. (Y/n) turned to Sesshomaru "S-se-sessho-maru?" said (Y/n), Sesshomaru just stayed silent and watched. "You're a troublesome woman", said Sesshomaru, "s...sorry", said (Y/n). 

Rin, Jaken, and Aun then returned with the fruits. Rin saw (Y/n) who had woken up then ran and hugged her, this made (Y/n) confused. "Finally (Y/n)-sama is awake", Rin said happily, making (Y/n) didn't know what to do. "Rin... stay away from that girl she just woke up" Jaken scolded.

"Ooo... sorry... ne...ne...ne... (Y/n)-sama you know Sesshomaru-sama was very worried about you, he even gave you medicine and took good care of you" Rin said happily. Hearing this made (Y/n) pause and look at Sesshomaru. 

"Jaken", said Sesshomaru looking at Jaken, Jaken swallowed "Rin, let's go out I have to find something", said Jaken. "But Jaken-sama..." said Rin, "Rin..." said Jaken, "Alright" replied Rin following Jaken.

They left (Y/n) and Sesshomaru alone, "Who is that girl Sesshomaru?" asked (Y/n). Sesshomaru didn't answer, 'she's the girl you saved isn't she?' said (Y/n) speaking telepathically. Sesshomaru nodded, (Y/n) smiled 'she's a very nice and pleasant child' said (Y/n) again. 

'Yes' replied Sesshomaru, the two of them talking in their minds. 'Why did you help me, I know you're still angry with me' said (Y/n). 'Tsk... None of your business' replied Sesshomaru, (Y/n) smiled, 'thank you for helping and taking care of me' said (Y/n), Sesshomaru did not answer this time. 

'Sorry if I trouble you, I'll leave after this' said (Y/n). 'No, I wouldn't allow you' said Sesshomaru, 'why?, aren't you ang...' said (Y/n) cut off, 'I've never been angry with you' said Sesshomaru. 

(Y/n) let out some of her tears 'I know you're angry with me, don't lie to me Sesshomaru' said (Y/n). "I'm not angry with you (in a sad tone)...I'm angry with myself, I couldn't protect you at that time, I'm sorry' said Sesshomaru, (Y/n) then cried. 

Outside Jaken's cave, Rin and Aun noticed, "Jaken-sama, why (Y/n)-sama crying?" Rin asked Jaken. "I don't know either Rin, I didn't see them talking to each other", said Jaken.

Sesshomaru approached (Y/n) who was crying and sat down next to her. 'Stop crying' said Sesshomaru, (Y/n) still crying. 'tsk ... stop I don't like to see you cry' Sesshomaru said while hugging (Y/n). 

(Y/n) slowly stopped crying 'you're still the same as before' said (Y/n) while giggling and smiling at Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru turned his face red, (y/n) chuckling. 

Jaken, Rin, and Aun are surprised to see Sesshomaru's reddened face. "I know you three are watching the two of us from the outside, come in", said (Y/n) with a chuckle. The three of them went into the cave and talked together.
