So in the story, there are several signs that I use to differentiate between direct, mind, and telepathy conversations
"bla...bla" if like this then it's direct conversations
'bla...bla' this one was the one when you talk to yourself or mind or your heart or a dream
'bla..bla' and this one you are talking using Telepathy
