"Release the abomination." I hiss.

The floor opens. Chains start moving. I strain in my seat. I watch as they bring up the abomination. I move my hand and chain like daggers shoot out. They impale his arms. They tie around his neck and legs. I move another hand up. The black liquid forms a cage around this nightmare.

"What are you doing to him?!" The girl called Charlie Morningstar yells.

"That is of no concern to you. It is for your own safety." I say.

"Safety?! Really?!" Charlie Morningstar yelled.

"Hold your tongue, you better show some respect." Emila says.

"But-" Charlie Morningstar starts.

"Silence." My voice echos.

Emila bows her head.

"Let's begin, we are here to discuss this thing's future." I point.

"His name is Alastor." The cannibal called Rosie steps forward.

"Distain." Emara says.

"As I was saying it's up to the council and the witnesses to decide whether such a creature deserves to live." I say.

"Calling the creature Husker to the stand." Emila says.

I look down. The pathetic cat steps forward.

"So, you're the abomination's pet?" I ask.

"I'm his servant not a pet." Husker growls.

"And that doesn't make much off a difference." I say.

"What is he to you?" Emila asks.

"My boss." Husker says.

"Is that all?" Emila asks.

"It's more now." Husker says.

"If he's just your boss, why do you care if he should live or die? You will be free." I say.

"You know what? I'm not sure I like this. All these rules about living or dying." Husker growls.

"You're point being?" Emila asks.

"These rules... they're just childish rules. Your nothing but a child." Husker says.

"Excuse me?" I ask.

"How dare you! You dare speak to us like that?! We are the ones who create worlds, galaxies, heaven and hell!" Emara yells.

I look down.

"What he means to say is... there are so many more things to a person than life or death." Charlie Morningstar steps in.

"This is beside the point. Husker give the court some case to let this abomination live." Emila says.

 "And be quick." I say.

"He may be an asshole sometimes, but he doesn't deserve death. He's actually kind of helpful." Husker says.

"Helpful how?" I ask.

The court mutters.

"Next witness." I gesture.
