Jonathyn woke up the next morning, his legs hurting like shit. He didn't want to go anywhere because of how bad his legs hurt, but he knew he had to keep going. He was walking for only a few minutes, when the stone in his bag was glowing brighter and making an unusual bzzzt sound. He ignored it and continued walking. Then his bag felt lighter. He checked, and the stone was gone. He turned around, expecting it to be on the ground, but instead it was floating in the air. Then, a huge beam of light came through it and it exploded. Jonathyn was thrown to the ground, wondering wat had just happened. He looked up. There was a figure. A figure of light. It was glowing so bright, a bright light blue, and floating in the air. What happened next is not at all what Jonathyn was expecting.
"Hello, Jonathyn."
"How do you know my name? Who-or what-are you?"
Jonathyn was freaked out. He didn't know what this thing was but he needed to figure out.
"My name is Godi. I am a spirit. I'm here to guide you to the next town, Kokotua."
Now Jonathyn was overwhelmed with excitement. He was super happy to have a friend along the way of him going to start a new life. The past was behind him, and the future was on his mind relentlessly.
