Jonathyn got dressed. He was so ready to find out how he was the blessing over the town, so he went and volunteered at every store he could. He started with the Gardening store, watering the flowers around town. He then went to the animal shelter, walking the dogs. He even sold fish for the local fisherman, but he couldn't find out what his purpose in this town was. He went to go sit at him and Godi's spot, following the dirt path up the hill. When he got there, he sat with his legs in his arms and his head on his knees. He couldn't figure out what he was doing wrong, if he was.
Then he heard a voice. Godi's voice! His face immediately lit up as he turned around and saw his favorite person.
"Hi Jonathyn! I was hoping to see you up here! What are you doing?" Godi said.
"Nothing really, just trying to figure out how I'm the blessing of this town. It hasn't really worked out. I've volunteered at a bunch of different places, and nothing has happened." Jonathyn said in a sad tone.
"Oh Love, the volunteering you're doing is the blessing. You are the help this town needs. You are the help I need."
"Someone's in a good mood."
"Hell yeah! I found five bucks while sorting books. I was hoping we could go for some ice cream?" Godi asked.
"Absolutely." Jonathyn said.
"Good." Godi said as he kissed Jonathyn and led him to the ice cream shop, holding his hand.
"I don't know what flavor I want." Jonathyn said.
"Get strawberry. You seem like the kind of person that would like strawberry."
"Okay, I will."
"Hi! How can I help ya today?" The ice cream person said.
"Hi! Can I get two strawberry cones?" Godi asked.
"Well of course ya can! That'll be five dollars please."
"Here's the five, thank you!"
"You wanted strawberry too?" Jonathyn asked as they went to sit down outside.
"Yes...? That's why I got myself a strawberry one silly!" Godi laughed.
"Oh yeah..." Jonathyn said as his face quickly turned pink."
"Your face is pink like strawberry ice cream!" Godi kept laughing as Jonathyn's face became even more pigmented. Godi was about to comment on Jonathyn's face before the ice cream shop person walked out.
"Here are your strawberry cones! Enjoy!"
"Thank you!" The boys said in unison. They ate their ice cream cones as they walked back to the spot and sat to watch the sunset as they finished them. Godi grabbed Jonathyn's hand and Jonathyn laid his head on Godi's shoulder.
"You're getting tired, huh?" Asked Godi.
"You could say that." Jonathyn said as he yawned. Godi stood up and picked up Jonathyn princess-style.
"Damn I didn't know you were that strong" Jonathyn said.
"What, you didn't think I was?" Godi said in a sleepy voice.
"Damn..." Jonathyn whispered.
"What?"
"Nothing."
"Tell me, Love."
"I said it's nothing!" Jonathyn yelled. Godi stopped.
Looking into Jonathyn's eyes, Godi said, "Are you sure?" Jonathyn thought he was going to pass the fuck out.
"Okay fine it's your fucking sleepy voice it's just hot is all!" Jonathyn said quickly. Godi continued walking.
"Thank you, Love." Godi said. When they got to the house they changed into their pajamas and lied on the bed.
"What movie do you want to watch tonight?" Godi asked Jonathyn.
"You ever watched Wild Things?" Jonathyn said as he lied on top of Godi.
"Nope. Let's watch it." Godi yawned.
"Hey Godi..."
"Yes Baby?"
"Are you wearing a belt?" Jonathyn asked.
"No Love, that's silly. I'm wearing pajama pants. Are you by chance wearing a belt?"
"No..." Jonathyn dug his face into Godi's chest. Godi laughed.
"How about...we relieve each other?" Godi sat up.
"What do you mean?" Jonathyn asked confused. Godi stood up and pulled him into the closet, closing its door.
(Phew okay I bet we know where that is going! this one is pretty long as well, just more conversation. also, sorry it's been two months since I last published, school and summer depression really got to me, and I completely forgot about this book! I'll try to work on it more before school starts.)
