I hiss my teeth dreading each step we take towards the gym that Semaj is dragging me to.
I look at him and roll my eyes. Before him come stuff me wid hood him have me a go work out.
"Babe." I call lowly as we walk down the path, he looks around at me. "Ya walk so far? Come here."
He takes my hand and pulls me towards him, I smile and hug his waist my hands slightly straying to feel on his muscles before remembering that we're in public.
We enter the gym, he starts on weights so I do the same. I drop a few squats before my legs start to burn.
I go down again and shake my head placing the weight down. I look over at Semaj who is effortlessly doing reps.
That's why him can take me up and fling me roun like dolly. The man strong you fart.
I opt for the treadmill, setting it to a comfortable pace and start.

It's not loud so when I hear a voice sounding as if it's calling to me I slow down ending my run and turn my head.
My eyes find his I furrow my eyebrows in confusion.

"Thanks." I respond blankly, my eyes going behind him in search of Semaj but he's no where in my line of vision.
I mentally hiss my teeth. "So you from here? I hear ya accent" he smirks.
I give him a small smile seeing suchman come around the corner, his eyes immediately going to us. A curious expression on his face simply observing, "Sí, lo soy, y mi hombre está justo detrás de ti." I respond in spanish to confuse him , he bites his lip his eyes glinting at my accent and language switch.
