"Love is a poison... You sip too much and it kills instantly." -Author.

*Aurora's POV*

I groan, feeling a throbbing pulse everywhere, and it's nonstop.

Dun! Dun! Dun!

I turn in my bed to ignore the pain... But, it feels like I'm sleeping on a warm, hard floor.

I swear if I've fallen off without realising, I will lose it. Like, the amount of times I've done that is unbelievable.

I sigh, moving around, and I place my hands dow—

A shirt? I can feel a shirt... Why do I feel a shirt? And, a hard chest? And body parts? Why are there body parts?

I gulp in fear, sucking in a breath before sliding my hands up—

And, lastly a chin!

Alright, who's in my bed? Or am I in their bed?

I quickly rub my eyes, getting ready to open them, and I bite my lip, waiting for the reality of my questio—

Nope, I can't do it.

My eyes remain closed.

Like, it could be a stranger... It could be a hard chested dog... It could be a wooden plank with a... Chin?

It could be.

Suddenly, I hear a groan causing my eyes to snap open and I nearly face plant the stranger in my be—

Oh... My... Gosh...

"Atticus? I'm sleeping on top of Atticus! Wait, why am I sleeping on top of Atticus? I need to stop saying Atticus in front of Atticus!" I harshly whisper, staring at our bodies, that are pressed together and I hold in a breath.

We are close... Really close... Too close... Wait, why are we so close?

I'm asking too many questions, aren't I, Jesus?

Yup.

I glance down at our clothes and I let out a breath of relief at the sight.

Okay, we did nothing weird then... Right?

I look over at his eyes, that are pressed shut and his lips semi-opened.

You know what... This may be the calmest, I've ever seen him.

My heart beats actually slowing down at the view, despite the painful banging in my head.

I glance down at his chest, that's faintly moving up and down, hidden behind his shirt.

His heartbeats pounding in my ear, luckily reducing the other sounds.

Boom... Boom... Boom...

I sigh, trying not to twitch at the intimacy.
