About: Owen Booth is an Raging Sun bandit one of the bandits who was abandon and live in Grassland Bronze.

Origin: He was born in a bandit group Raging Sun and when group of Bounty hunters came like 3 and attack there bandit group he was carried away and abandon in Grassland since the bandits didnt know what to do even though he had sand magic they dont know if thats true.
As he grew up in Bronze Grassland he was found by a Acid Wizard Heng who treated him as a little brother but Owen was curious and kinda like to stick with Heng.
But more than that danger came with the Dark Art Society with Wanda, Phillip, Terra, and Columbus. They both had to fight as Owen fought Columvus almost being killed but knock him out. As he ran away trying to find Heng but Terra came and finish him off . As he didnt know what to do and try to defeat her as Terra stand a chance to rip him apart. Then a explosion came blewing him off with out an arm and bleeding loss of blood but a light came and took him. He was chosen to be the Sand magic since he has sand magic but a wizard.

Appearance: he wears light brown ragged clothing and dark brown ragged pants with wrap bandages as he has light blonde-ish brown-ish hair with light brown eyes.

Personality: He is a joyful yet curious boy who is always doesnt know everything and is innocent who always not blame doing bad stuff as Heng told him what to do and what not to do. Since he grew closer to knowing more he is still joyful and loyal.

Abilitys:.
Sand magic: He can do anything with his snd magic.

Sand storm: He can make a big sand storm.

Sand float: He can make a sand island and sit or float.
Everythign with sand he can do he can do.

Relationships:

Conduit Apprentice Acid wiazrd, Heng Rust: Since now Heng and Owen are still the same they act the same as Owen can be dumb or Heng is maybe drinking some beer.

Forbidden Conduit Apprentice Shadow Dark wizard, Phillip (I KEEP FORGETTING HIS LAST NAME EVEN TERRA BC THERE SIBLINGS.)
As he is now aware and still avpids him doesnt want to be evil.

Forbidden Conduit Ash Dark wizard, Terra: The person who finish him almost off as he avoids her too.

ForbiddenConduit  Ice Dark wizard, Columbus Stone: He make sure to avoid him and avoid being frozen.

Bio-Conduit Plasma Dark wizard, Wanda Lamina (my first character in WOM): He stats away as much as he can.

The AO: He is really close and loyal to them even the Forbidden Conduits but never seen the Bil-Conduit of them.

He is really close to Heng bc since Heng is the pne who adopted him he always gives a gift for her.

1. Please change Owen age if your going to ship him with Terra or soemone
2. Keep him innocent or konda BUT still in canon he is innocent
