Hello, hello, hello.

I had so much more planned for this story, but as I read through it, I realised it didn't make sense for their dynamic - what's the point of adding unnecessary angst? Perhaps I will publish a few extra chapters one day (like I normally do with my fics) but for now I am content with how this has ended.

This has been the quickest fic I have ever written. I started it in January this year and two months later, it is done. I don't know how or why. Usually it takes me at least nine months to finish a story - or sometimes I never finish them, as you may see on my profile. Nevertheless, I wasn't expecting for it to end so soon. I cracked out those last three chapters in a day and it felt like it was coming to a natural close, and I didn't want to ruin that.

Looking back at the first few chapters, I realise how cringe parts of this story is, but I really don't care haha. It was my first modern/social media fic and I was experimenting. I think it worked out okay - given we already have 17k views!! So it is only right to thank you all for sticking along with this... and to expect another Oscar fic in the future... hint hint (I can't get enough).

Just to clear some things up (as I feel I didn't describe them very well) Mira dedicated two of the songs in her debut Album to other people; Carla with Ace Up My Sleeve, and Lando with End of Beginning. Given Mira's music style, imagine all of the songs are acoustic covers, which there are plenty of on youtube.

Moreover, yes, her and Oscar had a kid. I wanted a sweet epilogue, that wasn't just 'they get married' or 'they have children' so I thought a nice way to end it was the two hosting all of their friends in their villa in Italy. And to show how much Mira loved Oscar, she named their child after him. Giacomo in Italian can mean many names in English, but one version is Jack - Oscar's middle name - which is why Lando toasts "To baby Jack". I thought that was sweet enough.

Finally, this is the first fic I've finished that doesn't end in complete heartbreak. Maybe it's because I can't think of a heartbroken Oscar (despite that's where the story would've went if I did make it longer). So you're welcome.

I hope you enjoyed the story, and thank you once again for sticking with it. Hopefully the next one will be better.

Love you all.
