Tagging Along With Charlie

Anna sat in front of the TV screen watching Alastor's questionable commercial for the Hazbin hotel.

"That was..." Charlie started trying to find the right words to say.

"Bad. the word you are looking for is bad." Vaggie cut in, not caring about the radio demon's feelings.

"Well I am sorry I don't know how to work the moving picture box." Alastor defended, hitting the TV. "Radios are my specialty."

"Why don't you use the famous star you have staying here?" Angel asked, laying on the couch.

"Not that kind of star!" Anna cut in, "We don't need your fans to end up here."

Vaggie nodded in agreement.

"Your loss." He said, going back to whatever he was doing a moment prior.

Charlie's phone began to buzz and she looked at it before panicking and running into the hallway.

"Uh... yes... of course." Anna heard bits of Charlie's conversation before she hung up and started squealing at an unnaturally high pitch. 

"Is Charlie okay?" Anna whispered to Vaggie.

"I... think so?" The reply sounded more like a question than an answer.

"Guess what!" Charlie squealed, not waiting for a reply. "My dad asked me to meet with someone from heaven, this is my chance to tell them about the hotel!" Charlie began singing as Vaggie made feeble attempts to reason with her.

Anna watched from the bar with Angel Dust as Charlie hyperventilated and grabbed Vaggie to get up close. Vaggie, however, was confused since the Angels were already done with their extermination and won't be back for another year.

"But, the extermination just happened." Vaggie frowned, "What could they want this soon after-''

As Vaggie went on, Charlie was in the mood to get her hotel project to work, and remained hopeful.

Anna watched as Charlie began to sing and snickered with Angel as Vaggie tried to reason with her.

"Charlie, hold on-" Vaggie, however, was ignored. "It's just a meeting." She sighed, "This could be bad..."

Charlie grabbed her hands, "Cheer up, Vaggie! This could be swell!" Charlie grinned, "Something tells me that today will be a happy day in Hell!"

"Vaggie sighed, "Okay, but just don't... sing to them."

Just before Vaggie could warn her, Angel Dust, Annalise, Alastor, and Niffty were already at the window where they could see Charlie singing out in the destroyed Pentagram City, as Angel Dust turns back to Vaggie still drinking from a bottle.

"That bitch is halfway down the street!"

Vaggie grunted, "Is she—?"

Anna grinned, "Oh, she's dancing!" Anna followed Charlie out and ran after her, following as the princess made her way to wherever she was going.

Charlie noticed her following behind just as they reached the meeting house and frowned, "Why are you here?"

"I was bored."

"...oh... okay." Charlie shrugged and didn't argue. Anna followed Charlie as she entered the omenios building, "Hello?" Charlie called out.

Twin doors at the end of the hall slide open to show Charlie the meeting room, and she enters inside the dark room with no one around.
Charlie frowned and looked at Anna who shrugged.

Charlie carefully entered, "Uh...hello? Is anyone here?"

The lights suddenly switched on, revealing two angels at the end of the room, with one being a exorcist lieutenant, Lute and the big boss leader of the Angel Army, Adam, who is eating a rib in his hand.

Adam grinned at the two girls, "'Sup?"

"Holy, shit!" Charlie immediately fell down after getting surprised by the sudden appearance of two angels in the room. She got back up and readjusts herself to introduce herself properly. "Hi, I'm Charlie. My dad asked me if I could meet you..."

Adam bit into his rib, "Yeah, I know."

Charlie looked at Anna again, but Anna took it upon herself to be no help whatsoever and disappeared into the shadows behind Charlie.

Charlie gulped and turned back to Adam, "Okay, well... It's nice to meet you...?"

"Totally." Adam nodded, "It's nice to meet you, too."

Adam reaches over to give Charlie a handshake, and as she is about to shake his hand, her hand slips right through, revealing him to be a hologram, fizzing on and off after being touched, which freaks Charlie out.

"Ha!" Adam grinned, "I fucking got you." He turned to Lute, "Did you see that?"

Lute nodded once.

Adam leaned back in his chair, "Good shit."

Adam and Charlie conversed some more, in which Anna and Lute stared each other down, each waiting for the other to blink first. They both completely missed Adam's big song, each intent on making the other lose their silent battle.

Finally Lute blinked, because Adam clapped her on the back saying, "Noice, now let's go, I have a zoom call with Irene that I need to be late too."

Anna gave Lute a triumphant smile and Lute glared daggers at her.

Then Anna noticed that Charlie wasn't in the room anymore and Adam also noticed Anna's presence. "Shit, when did you get here?"

Anna frowned, "I've always been here."

"Creepy." Adam pushed her out the door, "Anyway, bye bitch, have fun being stuck in Hell."
