False Dreams

Right after I met you
I had a dream where you
grabbed my hand as we walked
through a crowded plaza
So you wouldn't lose me
And I woke up confused but smiling
(Cause I think you almost kissed me)

A few months later
I has a dream where you
Met me in a library to
Ask if I'd eat lunch alone with you
And I woke up blushing
(Then remembered we don't have the same lunch period anyways)

Then just last night
I had a dream where you
Sat with your arm around me,
our heads pressed together as I
Showed you a video that made me laugh
And woke up feeling more stupid than anything
(But it made you laugh too)
