As the eldest blonde walked over, so did the women and the child that just so happened to look about my age. They walked in such a way that could make any sensible person jealous. The older male stopped in front of me and started to observe me. It felt prolonged, not a normal type of introduction stare. I noticed the eldest blondes communicating with their eyes as their carbon copy son stared at me with a curious, but otherwise blank expression.

"I'm sorry to intrude, but we were wondering if you may be Harrison James Potter." The eldest blonde said before raising a quick eyebrow. I tilted my head but kept my posture even. I gave them a charming smile and nodded.

"Yes, I am, and who may you be?" He kept the smile on but he could see the scowl starting to form on the corners of the eldest blondes lips. He started saying something quietly to his, who I could only assume, wife and the woman nodded. Obviously agreeing with whatever her husband had previously said.

"I am Lucius Abraxas Malfoy. It is quite obvious your parents did not teach you about wizarding customs." He sneered and peered down at me. His eyes were a stormy blue that demanded power. I could only hold back a sigh before saying.

"I'm sorry, I did not grow up with my parents. They sent me away to the wretched world with no magic." I say. My disgust was clearly evident but I tried to conceal it to the best of my ability. The Malfoys looked at each other and then at the youngest. The young one stepped forward and held out his hand.

"My name is Malfoy, Draco Malfoy, and you'll soon find out that some wizarding families are better than others, Potter. You don't wanna go making friends with the wrong sort. I can help you there." Malfoy, of Draco, smirked and held out his hand. His posture was proud, like his parents. I decided to stand in order to be polite. I smile another smile and he just smiled wider

"It's nice to meet your Draco Malfoy, I would like to take your offer. Please show me the ways of this world" I smirk, one powerful and influential family right into my pinky finger already. I take Draco's hand and shale it slightly before adding a bit of magic into the handshake. Making sure to seal our promise.

"Well, Draco Malfoy. Is it alright if I call you Draco? Or do you believe we should stick to the last name basis?" I kept my smile on, though, it's a little softer than my charming one. I see his shoulders relax a bit after the spout of magic before he starts speaking.

"You may call me Draco for the time being, but if anything were to happen between us we are to go back to last name basis." I nod and let go of his hand. His hand, I noticed, was a little sweaty but it wasn't as if I minded. I bowed a little and the youngest Malfoy tilted his head down slightly.

"I'm sorry, but I must go off. My 'guide' must be worried sick about me." I smile softly, trying to convey that I was upset over my time crunch. They nodded and turned around. I heard a quick, "I'll see you at school" from Draco and they went off. I also walked away. Determined to get my shopping done. I had a bag over my shoulder that carried everything i had purchased so far. I still need a wand and trunk. I headed off and stopped on front of a shop called 'Ollivanders' there were a few words under it that I didn't bother to read. I entered the shop and looked around. It smelled like wood and old books in there. While the smell was comforting, I still wished to leave. An old man strolled Calmly over to his desk in front of him and finally looked up.

"I've been expecting you, Mr. Potter" he said, his voice was eerily creepy.

'How the hell could he be expecting me if he barely knows who I am' I thought. I forced myself to keep a straight face. My façade never falters.

"Hm.. Let's find your wand." The wacky man walked away and I stood there, in the shop, and listened to my surroundings. It was the first time I was alone and was actually able to breathe. It felt nice, but then the man came back.

"Try this. Yew and dragon heartstring, 13 inches and slightly flexible." His wobbly hands shoved the wand into my hands and then immediately took it away.

"No, no, that's wrong. Hmm... Try this,

Hawthorn with unicorn hair, 11 1/2 inches, slightly flexible." Harry took the wand and gave it a slight swish and some bottles of ink rolled into the floor and exploded everywhere. Covering him and some of the desk in black ink. The wand keeper Swisher his wand and all the ink disappeared.

"Not this one... Hm.. Ah.. I wonder.." The wacky guy left once more and grabbed another wand. I could hear his footsteps coming back. He turned the corner and sighed.

"I've been holding on to this wand for many years, waiting for someone powerful to come along and wield it and I believe that I found that person. You" he handed the wand to me before starting to speak again.

"Holly wand and Phoenix feather, 11 inches, nice and supple." I took it and sighs softly. It felt like home, even if he had no idea what home was, it still felt like it. The man smiled and laughed.

"The wand chooses the wizard Mr. Potter. It is curious that this wand chose you when its brother gave you that scar." I didn't even try to ask, it felt idiotic to ask such a question. I didn't want to feed into the wacky man's fantasy when I already knew. I nodded before saying,

"How much for it?" He replied with a simple 7 galleons and I calmly gave it to him and asked for a wand holster, which I had asked before if there was a way I could store it. I paid for the holster and walked out. I gracefully strolled back to 'Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions' and walked back in. She looked up and smiled.

"Mr. Potter, you're back. Your robes are right.. Here" she spelled them over and put them right into my hands.

"Have a golden day, Mr. Potter" I nod slightly and smile back at her for the first time since I entered the shop.

"You, as well" I left with the bags and quickly went and purchased a trunk that I could easily lock with a simple charm. Though, I didn't see a need to lock it. After that the big oaf found me once more and said he had to take me 'home' back to the Dersley's. I only nodded and we traveled back to the Dersley's by bus. He dropped me off and while everyone was distracted I quickly shoved my magical stuff under my bed and sat down. Actually feeling a bit of excitement for showing my 'parents' what they could've had. What they could've kept. I laughed quietly, ready for this new world I was being shoved into, and then waited until I was called to cook dinner.
