Everyone was ready for the ball, including Harrison. Draco walked over to Harrison and tapped on his shoulder. They were down on the main floor and were greeting guests together. Harrison continuously introduced himself and continued conversations until tiring himself out. Once Harrison noticed that Draco was trying to gain his attention.

"Sorry, did you need something Draco?" Harrison just finished his conversation with Lord LeStrange. Draco looked at him and rested his hand on his shoulder.

"How about we go to my mother and father. All the guests are here. We can mix and mingle with our own crowd now" Harrison nodded, glad Draco mentioned mingling with people they knew, instead of posh adults that thought they were better than you. Harrison walked ahead of Draco, but just slightly. They arrived at a small corner where they saw Zambini and Lord Nott's child.

"Draco, Harrison" Zambini smiled in our direction and nodded to the two of us. That was the first time Blaise had said Harrison's actual name. They've always kept their distance. Even when Draco introduced them. So Harrison decided to return the favor.

"Blaise, it's lovely to see you tonight" after that sentence was spoken the formalities were dropped. They talked as if no one else was around and after a while Draco had gone off with the eldest Greengrass daughter for a proper pureblood dance. Harrison stood there on the side lines, watching. Not wanting to actually dance. He knew it would be beneficial for him but he found no use in it. After a while, Blaise came back. He saw me and shook his head.

"Why aren't you out there?" He looked down at Harrison due to a small height difference. Harrison shrugged gracefully.

"I should be, I just don't want to be. No one caught my eye." Blaise rolled his eyes and shook his head.

"They're not supposed to, it's to show people you can get along with others more powerful than yourself." Harrison finally looked up at him and nodded. He didn't know what to say so all he did was nod. After a while of talking a man with long, stringy black hair walked over to Harrison and Blaise. He looked at Harrison and offered his hand.

"May I have this dance" The man that was offering to dance looked a lot like Lord LeStrange.

'Maybe he's his son?' Harrison thought but didn't say anything aloud. Harrison nodded and accepted the hand gracefully.

"Of course" Harrison allowed himself to be led out onto the ball floor. They found rhythm quickly and danced slowly, the music had turned a little faster and after a while it was pretty speedy and Harrison was trying not to step on the poor man's feet.

"You know, Harrison, the Dark Lord is quite interested in the likes of you" Harrison looked up at the man and quirked his head.

"I'm sorry. I don't know what you're talking about" Harrison sounded convincing, even though Harrison knew full well he was lying.

"Oh sweet Harrison, you know exactly what I'm talking about." The man Harrison believed was the son of Lord LeStrange said. Could he see through Harrison's lies? Probably not, but could he take a guess. Of course. That's when a man with dirty blonde-ish brown hair came over and grabbed the man by the shoulder.

"You're not supposed to be doing that, Rabastan." The man said with a hint of annoyance.

'So he is a LeStrange.' Harrison thought before being dragged out of it when LeStrange bowed to me and smiled.

"Thank you for this dance." He was then dragged away by the man that interrupted us.

'Damn, and to think I was actually getting into it' Harrison thoughts were cut off once more when he noticed he was walking back to the spot where Blaise was standing. Instead it was Blaise, Draco, and many others. Harrisln stopped and nodded to them and Draco started walking towards him and grab him his shoulder
Dragging him to talk to all the fellow heirs until the end of the Party. In the end, the Ball was pretty uneventful except when he was dancing with the son of Lord LeStrange. Maybe tomorrow will be more eventful then tonight, because honestly, Harrison just wanted it all to end.
