When the warm sun hits my face through the small window at the top of the room. I slowly begin to wake from my sleep. I remember what happened last night: we watched the fault in our stars. I must have fallen asleep because me and newt are still huddled together on the coach. Minho is sleeping on the floor in front of us and Thomas and Teresa are wrapped in each other's arms in the second small couch. I sigh and stretch out my arms and legs and stand up.
"Wait..." I hear a croaky voice say. I turn around.
"Come back." Newt stretches out his arms and he squints his eyes. I laugh quietly and I grab his hand and kiss him on the head. "Come on." I tell him. He groans but Reluctantly he gets up and follows me to the kitchen upstairs, I hand him a bar and pull him out the door. I skip wearing shoes and head straight for the beach. The sun is still rising and it's a beautiful sunrise.
Newt releases my hand and sits on the sand and pulls me into his lap. I smile and I lean into him. We sit like that for a wile. Not saying anything, just sitting in each other's arms until the sun is completely in the sky.
"I love you." He tells me as we walk on the sandy beach with the sun to our backs. Our fingers in twine
"I love you to." I tell him as my lips find his. Our love can never be broken. Or so I thought...
