Back to the old house

After my argument with Sebastian I decided not to wait for him or for Jean Pierre to walk home. It was weird not having my brother next to me,even if we didn't have a good relationship we still had each other's backs.

I noticed that the once's blue sky is turning gray. I picked up the speed,as I reminded myself that I was wearing a white dress. Step by step the clouds kept getting darker. My luck i started to feel rain drops landing on my shoulder the breeze is getting stronger by the minute. Today has not gone my way,just then water starts to pour down and I ran into the markets roof that they had outside to cover myself from the rain.
"Shit" I huffed
"Shit"? Said someone behind me
Then I see an umbrella open above my head.
The all to familiar smell of oaks and cigarettes came from my right side. I look up to the boy that was wearing a new eye patch. It was brown leather it really matched with his hair and dark eyes.

"I like the new look" I said while smiling up at him.
"It was either this or a glass eye" he said kinda frustrated
"What's wrong with the glass eye"
"Have you seen a person with a glass eye,one moves one doesn't" Descamps says while inhaling the cold wind
He nods his head in the direction of our street. I had to walk a bit closer to him for the sake of me getting drenched. We walked in silence for a bit until my heels decided to embarrass me by slipping on the cracked side walk. I stumbled forward almost landing on my face,thankfully I felt a strong arm catching me. For the second time today Descamps had saved me from embarrassment. He pulled me back helping me regain my balance.
"Thanks" I said while laughing
"Clumsily much"he said with a side smile
I held his hand for balance while I fixed me heel that had gotten lose from the fall.
"Alright" I said while adjusting myself . I looked at him with a approval smile meaning I was ready to go.

But what caught my attention was a loud car coming closer to us,I didn't get to turn around and look at who was driving because a large water puddle splashed both me and Descamps. The car didn't even stop it kept driving. We were drenched in brown water my once white dress became brown in seconds. Descamps curls were now soaked and straightened by the dirty water.
"FUCK YOU ASSHOLE"!!! Descamps screams while flicking the driver off.
He wipes his face with his hand he looks agitated.Descapms combs his hair with his fingers he still has the umbrella over us witch was no help. He looks at me with an angry expression.

"God damn it Blanchet,this one is on you. You just had to fix your stupid shoes huh"
"How is this my fault I didn't ask the guy to wet us"!
"You couldn't have waited until you got to your house to fix those ugly heels" he said while scoffing
"They are not ugly,the only thing that's ugly is your personality asshole.How did it feel to have a taste of your own medicine " i reminded him of his stupid prank that he pulled yesterday while I pushed him to the side leaving him alone.

I regret it right after when I felt the dress getting heavier by the rain water. My hair is now straight and in my face. Behind me i heard someone running I moved to the side so they can pass me. But no one did,I was met under the umbrella again. I felt a hand on my waist moving me to the right side of the side walk. Descamps was walking next to me not saying a word.

"I would offer you my jacket but there's really no sense on doing that" he said his jacket was as wet as my dress. I laughed a little,the whole way home was quite after that. He stopped at my front door.

"I'll come back in 30 minutes alright " I could tell he was cold so I just nod and opened my house door. I waited for him to go inside his house before I closed the door.

I decided to wear a black long sleeve shirt with a black skirt and my white headband. I borrowed some history books from my father's library, I grabbed a bowl of grapes and went up stairs to my room. I cleaned my room a little I moved the unopened box's to one side of the room. I looked at my watch I had 5 minutes until Descamps walks in my room. I started to hide all my stuff animals anything that was to immature I hid for the sake of getting bullied by Descamps.
