The front carriage are the personal butler's carriage. They're in front so they can protect their masters if danger ever comes to them.
The maid's carriage is at the back, with the luggage being carriage by them.
And some horseman that is riding the carriage. And horseman who are riding the horse or more likely this horseman is a knight who will also be going to protect the allicus children for any danger. Placed in every side and corner that can lead to opening to attack.
Every allicus are now infront of their carriage. Waving at their parents and saying their goodbyes while their personal servants are arranging their things.
