...Family...
Ji-ah was very happy. She had just taken admisson in her country's best university, Seoul National University. The same university her mom and dad had graduated from. It was a proud moment for her. Today she was supposed to meet her family, her mother and her brothers for dinner. The had planned an outdoor celebration for her mother's birthday.
Every birthday, Her mother used to take her children out for dinner. They used to eat together and gave her gifts. Though, her mother never appreciated materialistic gifts, so they used to give her good news of their life to her mother as a gift.
Sunghoon had already moved out and Jay lived with Chanyeol so they were late. She and her mother had reached early. She still hadn't told her mother about the university. She'd kept it as a surprise for her mother's birthday.
Today she was going to tell her this great news. She was very excited.
Her mother was a busy person. She was a famous actress after all. After her not so peaceful divorce and Ji-ah's birth without a father, she had lost her fame. No, rather she got infamous for this particular reason. After a few years, the matter subsided but she was still demanded in many movies and dramas. That is what a good acting is. People loved her acting. No matter what role she played. She was very successful and busy.
Although, everything has consequences. It was not really in favor of her kids. She had gotten the custody of Sunghoon and she had Ji-ah by her side. But Jay was far away. So she usually spent time with them when Jay showed up. Otherwise, Both Ji-ah and Sunghoon grew up under the care of their nanny, Mrs. Shim.
Currently, Ji-ah and Hye-sun were sitting opposite to each other.
Knowing that after her brothers came, her attention will be divided, Ji-ah took this opportunity."How are you, eomma? "
Hye-sun looked up.
"I am fine, dear. How are you? " She smiled.
"I am good too. How is your shoot going? "
"Its going well. But I have many scenes so it's quite hectic there. I am sorry I am not home."
"It's alright, eomma. I do miss you but hoon oppa comes home sometimes to keep me company. " Ji-ah smiled back.
It was a lie. Her brother was too busy fondling with the girls that he barely called her. Heck! He didn't even respond to her calls sometimes.
Hye-sun squinted her eyes.
"Really? I highly doubt it. That child was barely at home when we lived together. Now he comes home for you after moving out? "
"People change, eomma. " She answered.
"I guess they do. Look they are here. " She smiled.
Ji-ah looked in the direction her mother was pointing at. Her borthers were laughing and talking together while walking towards them.
Her two brothers had opposite nature. They were poles apart. And their attitude towards her was also completely different.
"How are you, princess? " Jay ruffled her hairs as he sat next to her.
