...You saved me...
After dropping Ji-ah, Heeseung drove his car to the Han river. That breeze always seemed to calm him.
Even though he had spent the best weekend of his life, the future scared him. So much of it.
As soon as he graduates, he will have to start working under his father. Just one year to go. He even dreaded his twice a month family dinners.
His evening scared him. He was going to meet his hyung. The one who supported him in his hardest times. But he left. Without a call, a text or a goodbye. Heeseung remembered being troubled for hours for not being able to reach him. He had cursed Mark out. For leaving him. For leaving without a word.
And now he was back. What did he want? It's like he only cut off Heeseung from his life. He had contact with Sunghoon. He had still talked to Wonyoung from time to time. He had heard Jeongin and Yeonjun talking to him sometimes as well. Kim Sunoo was practically in contact with everyone. Then what did he do wrong?
So wrong that he couldn't even get a direct invitation. He hated Mark. He hated him for abandoning him.
He didn't realise the time. He checked the time as he saw sun disappear in the horizon of the river.
6:00 pm.
It will take him half an hour to reach the venue. He was late.
No.
Mark deserved that.
He turned his car around and set out for the venue. It was a club situated in the Outskirts of the city. That club usually was their spot to hold regular meets for their group. Also he and his friends came here to release stress and to find new targets for their flings.
It was Sunday so the club was as usual packed with people and many people waiting in line. He heard a knock on his window as soon as he parked. He looked up to find a beautiful woman winking at him. He rolled his eyes and chuckled at her behaviour.
He got out of the car and was greeted by a greeting he clearly expected from the girl.
"Hi hottie." She winked again.
"Are you drunk already? "
"No. Just one shot. It was necessary. Afterall I am meeting Mark. "The girl sulked.
" Winter..."
"Don't. No use. Specially you. It should not be coming from you when he abandoned both of us. I got an invite you know? From Wony. He told her to invite me. Did he invite you? "
"Through Hoon. " Heeseung chuckled bitterly.
"Let's make an entry together. " Winter intertwined their arms.
"No use. He clearly knows I wouldn't try on you. He wouldn't care. "
"Oh don't worry. I already prepared a surprise gift for him. And trust me. He will care. "
Winter was a nice girl. Heeseung remembered when Mark had introduced them. Apparently, Mark really liked her. When he left he cut off winter as well. Reason? Still unknown.
But Winter could be real crazy at times. There was once when she banged a girl's head in the wall because she tried to make a move on Mark. He could only Imagine what she would do to Mark after he abandoned her.
A chill ran down his spine after he saw her creepy smile.
Definitely crazy.
It was one of the reasons why Heeseung wouldn't try on her. Not the top one. But still valid. He wanted a long life.
