...Big decision...
He paced around the hallway. He was very nervous. He was always this nervous while talking to his dad. Its not like his father was a scary dad. He was the most chill dad ever. So why was he getting nervous?
He had a big news and he didn't know how his father will react. Sweat beads formed on his forehead. He took a deep breath as he waited his father to come home.
"Young Master? Is everything ok?" Their butler asked.
"Yes, uncle ben. I am just waiting for my father."
"Ah... Right! Your father said he might be staying outside tonight."
"Why? " Heesung frowned.
"Somebody that he knows got into a trouble."
"Is that so? When will he come? "
"Probably the next morning. You should go to sleep, Young master. "
"Alright." Heesung sighed as he walked away.
He tried his best but couldn't sleep. He decided he needed some water so set off for kitchen.
As he was walking to the kitchen he heard a groan. It sounded like his father.
He walked towards the direction. The sound seemed to come from Taeyong's room.
"Stay still, Taeyong! If you move, it will hurt more. " His eyes widened when he heard Jaehyun.
Another groan left his fathers mouth.
"Slow down, please, Jae! It hurts. "
He gasped. What the hell is going on?!!
He was about to go back to his room when the door suddenly opened on his face.
"Heesung? " Jaehyun opened the door.
His coat was off. Tie and shirt was messy and so was his hair. He peeked inside to take a look at his father who was lying face down on the bed, shirtless!
Heesung cleared his throat.
"Uncle, I think I came at a wrong time. I am so-"
"Why didn't you knock? Are you a kid Hee? " He was cut off by his father.
"I was about to, appa-"
"You're not a child, Hee. You have grown up enough to knock at your father's door before barging in. It was very disrespectful of you. I need privacy as well. "
"But dad-"
"Enough! I am tired. Go to sleep. Lets talk tomorrow. "
"Taeyong! At least listen to the child. "
"You too. Go home Jae. I want to sleep."
"I am sorry dad. But I was worried about you. I am sorry to disturb you. I should have knocked. Please don't take out your anger on uncle Jae." Heesung bowed.
"Alright. Go. " Taeyong calmed down.
"But before I go, I need to tell you something important. Its difficult to find you. You're either busy or tired. Let me tell you and I won't bother you."
Taeyong sighed. He was in pain. He had an accident on his way back home. Jaehyun was applying medicine when heesung came unannounced. He couldn't let his son know.
"Fine, go on. "
"I am moving out. " Heesung simply stated.
"You are what?! " Taeyong glared at him.
Taeyong never got angry on Heesung. If something Heesung did put him off, he used to take it out on Jaehyun. Heesung did not like that. Ever since Heesung was adopted, Jaehyun was the one who took care of him as a father because Taeyong was barely home. Taeyong always focussed on younger's studies and preparing him for inheriting the company. He was not the kind of person who openly expressed his love. While going through the hardship and tough rules set by his father, heesung recieved love and care from Jaehyun in his broken times. He was more close to Jaehyun than Taeyong.
His love for Jaehyun was more than the respect he had for Taeyong. He couldn't stand him getting hurt again and again. He had been thinking about moving out for a long while. But today he had the courage to say it.
"Yes appa. I want to move out. I care about your privacy. And so I want my privacy as well. It would be great dad, to live alone... "
Away from this suffocating environment.
Even if Heesung didn't say the last words, those words reached Taeyong. Taeyong was aware that his son was suffocated by the way they were living. But he did it all for him.
He sighed. He knew even if he tried to stop him it would be no use. Heesung respected him and loved him. He was was grateful for changing his life. But His eyes showed, he was done living like this.
"Have you looked for an apartment? " Jaehyun's eyes widened at Taeyong's statement.
Heesung's eyes watered. His father was not even going to stop him. Its for the better.
"Yes, appa. It is skylight apartments My friend lives there."
"You will be sharing an apartment? "
"No. Its the apartment next to it. I have rented it. "
"Why would you rent it? You're Lee Heesung! I will buy it tomorrow. "
"Please don't Appa. I will buy it when I actually become Lee Heesung. Right now I am nothing but Just the CEO's son. "
Taeyong sighed.
"Alright. But you have to come for every family dinner. Your grandmother hates it when anyone misses dinner. And come meet your old father sometimes."
"Alright." Heesung replied and walked away.
Taeyong soon recieved a smack on his injured hand.
"Ow! "
"You asshole! Are you really letting him go?! " Jaehyun was the one. Of course he would be upset.
"Have you seen his eyes? He is not going to change his decision no matter what."
Anothet smack!
"Aah!"
"Fuck you, Lee Taeyong!! You are letting my son go! "
"He's my son! And also, why are you hitting me again and again on the same arm? It hurts!"
"How will he live alone? "
"He is not a kid, Jae. He can take care of himself. And if you're so worried about him just go meet him sometimes. "
"You know what? I should not work for you anymore. I should just work for him. He is going to be the next on the throne anyway. "
"Its not decided yet, Jae. That is also the reason why I let him go. Mom will see him in a new light as a hardworking person and not just my son. Maybe then he would be able to sit on the throne. I am doing this for him, Jae. Because, you out of all people know, He is the rightful owner."
