He focused and hears Kazuki moving around

Then when he was about to strike him he jumped and went fro a round house kick

But a dark tendril grabbed his leg and threw him into the veil and he skids along the ground

Shoyo throws himself back up and gets ready to fight again

Kazuki: (not bad he's fast and has incredible instincts not to mention he's definitely naturally stronger than the average person heh) black ballista

A shadow tendril emerges from thin air and turns into a ballista bolt and fires towards shoyo

Shoyo however senses this and pulls out his sword

And slices the bolt in half sending the two halves flying in separate directions

Shoyo: gotcha

Shoyo disappeared and rushes at Kazuki

He reappears in his face and goes for a punch but Kazuki blocks it the blow does send him skidding back

Kazuki: (how could he possibly know where I am)

Shoyo: instinct

Shoyo rushes at the guy again and this time they engage in a full on fist fight they keep exchanging blows over and over again

Kazuki does his black tendril trick and slams shoyo to the ground

But he gains a slight moment in the air when slammed and catches himself on his hands and swings his foot around for a blade kick

Then he throws himself back onto his feet and uses the momentum too rush in that direction

Kazuki: that flexibility is insane as well alright then SHADOW BLADE CYCLONE

Shadowy blades appear frame everywhere around shoyo

Kazuki: It's over!

Shoyo then like some kind of godly fighter dodges them with pin point precision and it's so fast that Kazuki can't stop being suprised at this

Kazuki: how the hell are you doing that

Shoyo: Oh it's nothing special just when you can tell exactly what direction they are coming from them you know how to stop them

He catches one blade and then uses it to counter a whole lot more

Shoyo: (this state of focus I can only keep it up for ten seconds at most so I've gotta stop this attack NOW!)

He throws the blade at Kazuki and it embeds itself in his shoulder

Kazuki grits his teeth and makes a hand sign

Kazuki: DOMAIN EXPANSION !

The area around them gets even darker it's not just shadowy anymore it's just black everywhere

Kazuki: this is called my abyssal veil and here I am king

Kazuki seems to become one on one with the shadows and in an instant shoyo is being overwhelmed once again

He's struck hugely in the guy and then kicked in the back of the head

Even more shadowy tendrils then usual appear ands then wrap around shoyo's limbs and waist
