5 Years Later Year 2022, Europe

In Barcelona stadium a basketball tournament is going on where there are two teams one is 'Breakers' while the other is 'Champs' who were also the returning champions are playing in the final round. Currently the teams had a score of 1-3 with the 'Champs' in the lead. The time is about to end and it appears that the champs will win the match and secure their title. However, suddenly the captain of the breakers and the most handsome player among all the teams, Kai appears in the game. Smitten by his looks even the cheer leaders of rival team start to cheer for him. Kai, with his incredible athletic skills instantly snatches the ball and does a half court earning his team 3 points with little to no effort. Hence, the Breakers win the match with a lead of 4-3. After the match when the teams were leaving the stadium the captain of the Champs approaches the team members of the other team. He talks to a few members of the Breakers namely Ray Tyson and Max about Kai saying, "Your friend Kai stole victory from our hands but I am must admit I was dumbfounded by his skills. I always saw him outside the field and never saw him play. Most of the male players including myself thought that he is only a guy with looks but no talent. However, after's today match it is clear that he is a combination of both beauty and brains. Hence, I was wondering how come a person with such incredible skills and talent never played before?" To which Tyson replies, "Our friend Kai is a talented player however is also somewhat of a mystery guy. He seldom plays or speaks anything. He plays only when victory seems to slip out of our hands however, in a nutshell he is a great and trustworthy person." saying this Tyson and the others left.

That night at Tyson's home everyone including the team members and their families are celebrating the victory. Later a young girl named Hillary who is a good friend of theirs enters the house. She congratulates them on their achievement however she does not see Kai with them. When she asks Tyson, he teasingly asks Hillary if she has a crush on Kai since she is always asking about him. Hillary gives Tyson a dirty look to which Tyson gets scared and tells her that maybe Kai is in the garden. In the garden Kai is sitting all alone lost in his deep thoughts and looking at the sky. When Hillary sees him, she approaches him and asks him why isn't he enjoying the party as he was the main reason that they won the competition in the first place. Since in addition to being the team captain and a great athletic player Kai is also the team coach. Hence, it is him that has taught the team everything they know.

Kai politely thanks her for her complements and says that he is just not in mood to party. He also says that he feels like a black sheep since his grandfather isn't there due to his urgent business meeting. It turns out that when Kai was only ten, he lost his parents and grandmother but he never disclosed anything about their death. His friends also never forced him since they felt that the memory must be very painful for him. However, Hillary convinces him to join the party and dance with others.
