I just woke up to the noise of the bell... and what I saw next blew my mind

I opened the door and Lumine stood in front of me...looking sleepy as hell, but to me, she looked so fucking beautiful.

"I tried to sleep in my brother's house and boy, those guys are so loud." She yawned

She just looked so pretty...I didn't know what to say...Her hair was all messy and she was still wearing her PJ's. Her stubborn eyes didn't directly look at me because they were too tired.

"Umm..well then...come in?" I said awkwardly...remembering how messy my hair was.

She ran inside and jumped on the couch...and instantly went to the realm of dreams. I shut the door behind her and sighed. I had expected her to stay awake for a while, but I should have known better.

I cleaned up the mess of yesterday night on my table. I grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down, trying to focus on my work. I had a lot of work to do and needed to stay productive. I did not want to wake her up so I decided to carry her.

I picked her up and looked at her face. Oh, I wish I had met her before...I would have done everything possible to make her mine. But I smiled, knowing that I at least had this moment with her. I gently kissed her forehead and put her on my bed.

I left the room, feeling focused on doing my work. I read the script 100 times before acting it. I knew that our live questioning season was postponed to 1 week. I didn't know why. I checked my phone for anything new when I saw something that left me shocked. News channel headlines wrote of 'Actress Lumine's House Sabatoge' or 'Actress Lumine's House Burned Down'.

What the fuck?

I felt so bad for Lumine now. I ran back to my bed seeing her sleeping with all the comfort she could take. I wanted to wake her up but I knew I had to stay calm. I whispered, "Everything will be alright" and sat next to her. I stroked her hair and it made sure she was safe. I held her close. I could feel her slow heartbeat as she slept peacefully. I knew that no matter what, I would be there for her. I did not feel like practicing anymore and laid down. Then I placed my hand next to her and tried to sleep.

I really should catch some sleep...now I am hearing voices...Until I looked down to see Lumine's face looking up at me. She was so close I could feel her heart beating...My hands were wrapped around her body giving little to no space between us. As I looked down my lips brushed her's and I could feel my stomach somersaulting...I felt volcanoes erupting inside me causing my brain to lose its mind... She was blushing hard. As her warm body touched mine...I could feel myself melting like a candlestick.

"Lyney? Could you-"

She did not need to finish her sentence...I removed my hands from her and moved on the other side of the bed...

God, Why do I get in such messes?

I lay there, staring at the ceiling, my heart pounding in my chest. The room felt charged with an energy I couldn't quite comprehend. Lumine's presence lingered like a sweet fragrance of vanilla, intoxicating yet confusing. I could still feel the warmth of her body against mine, the memory of her lips on mine sending shivers down my spine.

As I tried to make sense of the whirlwind of emotions inside me, Lumine got up and went out of the room...this concerned me greatly.

I ran behind her to see that she had gone to the kitchen and was calling up someone...She looked at me for a while until-
