Part 3

The next few weeks I'm barely home. I'm training, playing games, watching games and spending time with Jackson. This weekend is a break for me and the boys. We have all decided to go away for the weekend, as a family. We are going to Cornwall, just a little weekend away, as a family.
The night before we go away we are all at mums house.
Noah: "got something to tell you."
Y/n: "go on."
Noah: "Jackson will be in Cornwall at the same time, some annual trip he does with his parents"
I try not to smile.
Leah: "that will be nice"
Y/n: "Noah it's a family trip so don't you dare just spend all your time with him."
Noah: "mhm."
Amelia: "don't worry, I'll keep him in line."
Lucas: "so will I."
Noah: "yeah yeah."
Lucas: "Isla, how are you and mystery man? Do we get to know his name yet?"
Isla: "we are good, and no. No you don't."
Leah: "sweetheart I don't like how secret this relationship is, he isn't forcing you to do this, is he?"
Isla: "what? No he isn't. It's a joint decision. His family don't know about me either. We just want to make sure it's right before we meet each others family."
Paige: "I get that"
Amelia: "so do I."
I smile at them both and continue eating.

I head to bed pretty early so I can get some sleep before tomorrow. I'm driving down with Noah and Amelia. I said I'd drive just because Noah "doesn't want to add mileage". I text Jackson who rings me straight away.
Jackson: "hey"
Isla: "hiii"
Jackson: "I can't wait to see you."
Isla: "you saw me this morning."
Jackson: "too long ago."
Isla: "you're an idiot."
Jackson: "correct, what time will you be there tomorrow?"
Isla: "ermmmm midday ish."
Jackson: "okay, we have to be careful."
Isla: "I know"
Jackson: "everything will be fine."
Isla: "I hope so, if Noah finds out he's gonna kick off."
Jackson: "don't worry, everything will go to plan."
Isla: "good, right I'm going to get some sleep."
Jackson: "okay my love, goodnight."
Isla: "night."

I fall asleep pretty quickly knowing I get a weekend with Jackson, but without him at the same time.

The next day we all pile into our cars and head to Cornwall. Noah is sat in the front.
Noah: "THIS IS GONNA BE SICK!"
Amelia: "baby calm down."
Noah: "no I've got my girl, my family and my best mate all in the same town for 3 nights! SICK!"
Isla: "I will hit you."
Noah: "shut up."
Amelia: "babe."
Noah: "yeah."
Amelia: "can I tell her?"
Noah: "what?"
Isla: "tell me what?"
Noah: "I thought we were going to wait?"
Isla: "tell me what!!!"
Amelia: "pleaseeeee"
Isla: "you have to tell me now!"
Noah: "urghhh okay okay."
Amelia: "I'm pregnant."
Isla: "what?!"
Amelia: "yeah."
Isla: "I'm going to be an auntie?"
Noah: "yeah, the best auntie."
I tear up.
Isla: "why have you told me now when I can't hug you?"
Noah: "you can't tell anyone Isla. She's only 8 weeks."
Isla: "I won't I won't! This is so exciting!"
Noah: "it is."
Amelia: "now we've told you that. You can tell us about the boyfriend."
Isla: "nope."
Noah: "that's not fair!"
Isla: "if you had made a deal I might have but you didn't."
Noah: "arghhhh I wanna know who he is!"
Isla: "nopety nope."
Noah: "you're a rat."
Isla: "yup."

We get to Cornwall before mums. We park up outside the house we are staying in. I see Jackson's car. I can't just run to him. Noah does. Urgh I wanna kiss him.

Noah: "Jackson!"
Jackson looks at me and smiles.
Jackson: "yes bro!"
Noah: "you're only next door?!"
Jackson: "looks like it!"
Noah: "you know Amelia, this is my sister isla"
Jackson: "nice to finally meet you, Noah never shuts up about you."
I'm blushing like mad.
Isla: "yeah he doesn't shut up about you either, Jackson this, Jackson that. Someone has a man crush."
Noah shoves me.
At that moment mums show up.
Lucas greets Jackson.
Lucas: "you good bro?"
Jackson: "all good."
I am wearing shorts and a tank top with it being summer. Jackson keeps looking me up and down. Im surprised no one has noticed yet.
Mums know Jackson's parents from going to games together, they hug before we unpack the car and go inside.
