Craig POV

Once we got out of school, Molly told me if we could hang out to know each other more. I agreed, and we went walking and went to this bridge 🌉 it looked familiar, but I brushed it off, and we were looking at the ocean. We were sitting on the fence almost on the edge of the bridge and talking how school was. Molly then took out a pack of cigarettes out of her brown bag. She took one and grabbed her lighter

Craig: "You know you can die from smoking."

Molly: "I don't care. It's just smoke."

Craig: "mhm with a pink lighter. Do you really think that will look badass?"

Molly: "Shut up, dude."

We both laughed it off. I look out. I'm the dark blue sky, while Molly kept smoking. It was nighttime that fast

Molly: "I have a question."

Craig: "What is it?"

Molly: "Why didn't you reject my offer of being a murderer? I mean, you could've, and I would just let you be, but you didn't.
why?"

Craig: "Such a foolish question. The reason why is because I wanted him, I wanted him for myself so I can experience what happiness is.."

Molly: "craig.. happiness is not murderer a person who likes your loved one. Happiness is something more different."

Craig: "Explain how."

Molly: "Explain what?"

Craig: "Explain the meaning of happiness. If killing someone who likes my loved one isn't, then what is?"

Molly: "Happiness is something you experience in joy or happy, something to feel like you're complete. Without happiness, nothing is complete. it's like a puzzle. If you don't complete it, what's the point? But you need to so you will feel complete and finish with life. You know?"

Craig: "I guess?"

I didn't get what she just said, but I knew she tried to explain it to finish the conversation of happiness.

Molly: "Hey, i was thinking if you wanna go sneak in the school at night,"

Craig: "Night?"

Molly: "Yeah. But if you don't want to, that's okay. I'm not pressuring you -"

Craig: "I'll do it."

Molly: "What?"

Craig: "I'll do it. So when are we doing it?"

Molly: "Hmm, maybe at Thursday?"

Craig: "Sure, Thursday it is."

Molly: "Hey, what time is it?"

I checked the time, and it was 11 pm. I was supposed to go home at 3: 30. My mom is gonna be pissed at me

Craig: "shit! My mom is gonna be pissed! It's 11: pm"

Molly: "haha your lying?"

I look at her straight dead in the eyes, showing that I ain't kidding, then she realizes I ain't

Molly: "Well, what are you waiting for?! We gotta go! My brother isn't gonna be happy about this!"

We both ran out of the bridge and went home. I said my goodbyes to Molly, and she waved goodbye at me, and we went separate ways. As I got home, I closed the door quietly and went to my room and fell asleep.

Next day

I woke up and dressed up for school, I went downstairs and ate cereal. I then saw my mom at the kitchen making Trisha's lunch
