Apparently it is not enough for Minho to only do some sewing when staying in because of shitty weather. Because after checking whether or not what he made for Chan was fitting right, then making adjustments and not even asking Jisung about the two shirts Minho made for him just yet, Minho put all his utensils aside altogether to pull out his drawing equipment instead.

He makes sketches of anything non-Jisung throughout the day. Did Chan talk to him too? Is that why he is not paying as much attention to Jisung now ever since the younger left Minho's bedroom for lunch? No, certainly not. Chan had reasons for only talking to Jisung after all. Minho is probably just giving Jisung space because the mess in his head has had Jisung that slightest bit less clingy and excited that same way the last night ended and today started for them. Maybe Jisung should be grateful.

But all the sketches Minho is gradually filling his sketchbook with are of all sorts of things Jisung thinks were kind of unnecessary to put in there in the first place. Especially because apparently the sketches he did of Jisung were the very first in the entire book and everything else would simply follow after. Like the many sketches of the traitor chick and the demon horse. Sometimes together, sometimes in solo works. Or the one time Jisung takes a glance at the paper and sees him working on a brightly smiling Chan, then decides to step away for a moment, just to then return to a crying Chan, hugging Minho tightly. Though Jisung does have to admit that it is kind of cute of Chan to get so emotional over a sketch of him and his horse boyfriend, plus little Bbokkie, who is very cutely placed somewhere between them in an image that has not actually happened like this. Minho creates his own situations now, simply adjusts the characters into being whichever one of his friends it is that he wants to draw.

Jisung loves the little Seonghwa and Hongjoong moment on one page, even smiles at the way Changbin is drawn on another, flexing the muscles he is so proud of. They all laugh about the little extra Minho drew, which is a little moment for Bbokkie on said muscles, heart eyed and happy just like that. The fit of chirps that follows is most certainly poor little Bbokkie trying to deny and defend himself. But since no one can understand him, he ends up being the main source of entertainment throughout the evening. Jisung thinks he very much deserves that and calls them even.

The drawing of Wooyoung somehow seems a little more bothersome though. Because what if that is Minho's actual type? He remembers all their features a little too well. Especially so for not having them around for reference anymore either. But just like he knew Jisung's measurements after just a few touches, remembers them still without having to recheck at all, it is not hard to guess that Minho's memory is nothing but exceptional.

But not a single one of the many, more or less quickly done sketches is of or with Jisung. Not today. It annoys him so much in some way that is so incredibly ridiculous that his own ridiculousness just annoys him even more in the end.

So Jisung leaves them all to themselves at some point into sulking and thinking for far too much today anyway, mainly thanks to Chan who started it all. He figures Minho might as well just have lost interest in drawing Jisung because of what it led to the first time and also because of Minho simply not wanting to waste all his drawing slots for too many drawings of a mere thief who is just far too whipped for Minho altogether.

Yet he is completely oblivious of every single attempt of Minho's to capture that smile of Jisung's from more than just one angle, as soon as Jisung is out of sight. That bright, heart shaped smile he did not show Minho at all today because of how busy he was just sulking instead. Truly a waste, if asked Minho about it.

Chan excuses himself sometime later, but asks if Minho needs help tidying up first. Minho waves him off, smiles and tells him to go and rest already and then Chan simply accepts, returns Minho's smile and leaves the living room with his horse. He leaves Minho alone with Bbokkie, who comes hopping closer to Minho, gently nudges the back of his hand with his tiny head to get his attention. Minho smiles softly at his best friend, then lifts him up with one hand and meets his eyes. After years of being together, Minho has gotten good at reading the slightest little changes in the rather cryptically readable moods Bbokkie is in. But he gets it. He gets him just as much as Bbokkie gets Minho too. Maybe. Almost. Because Bbokkie probably knows way more, considering the amount of times Minho has talked to him. Actually talked. With words.
