✧*̥˚ Chapter Two *̥˚✧

Suna's Pov

I sleep a lot in class, mainly because i'm a lazy bum. But i accidentally sleep through the bell sometimes, so this girl wakes me up.

She's astonishingly pretty, and people at school always talk about her. But that's not the reason i'm attracted to her.

I mean yeah, it definitely makes it easier to like her, but I like her cus she's smart.

I've always admired intelligence, i think it's a great trait to have.

When we were working on a paper together a year ago, she would say little star facts and draw starts on her paper. She knew so many and somehow they always related to the conversation. Her grades were high, especially in science and math.

Those were all things that made her attractive to me, but i didn't see myself as a guy that would be good for her.

My grades were only good because if they weren't, i'd get benched, i barely put any effort in pretty much anything. And i wouldn't say I'm the most suitable for dating after...

My late night gas station trips became more common, sometimes i'd take my little sister with me, but my mom didn't want her out too late.

I kind of looked like an idiot, my hair messy and my clothes lazily thrown on.

My house wasn't too far from the gas station, but i liked to take the long way and go through the park nearby.

When i saw a familiar silhouette, i thought she was a ghost. Her knees were tucked into her chest, her head tilted slightly.

Is she... crying?

"Hey." I called.

I watched as she stumbled to her feet, scared probably.  She looked at me with wide eyes, calming down once she saw my face.

cute.

"Hello?" She thinned her eyes at me.

She was in a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie, suitable for this weather. She looked so much more domestic like this, her hair still a little wet, her eyes dark. It was pretty, she was so natural.

"What're you doing out here so late?" I shoved my hands in my pockets.

I would be lying if i said i didn't feel a little stupid.

"Looking at the stars" She kind of pointed to the sky, avoiding eye contact.

cute.

"I thought you were crying."

"No."

Something in me wanted her to come with me, which is kind of weird and i know it's a little creepy. We were only acquaintances.

"Come on then." I sighed.

"Pardon?" She turned her head to the side.

Cute.

"I'm going to the gas station, wanna come miss astronaut?"

I watched as her face flushed a bit, probably from the nickname.

SHES SO DAMN CUTE.

She looked up at the sky again, before mumbling, "Yeah."

She shouldn't have said yes, what's wrong with her?

Does she just follow any stranger around?? What if i tried to kidnap her!?

I exhaled a chuckle, "Okay then."
