The two guys remained on the balcony, admiring the beautiful night sky and the snow falling down so slowly and delicately, neither wanted to ruin the comforting moment between them, they just stayed in their embrace together, soon the two looked at each other.
They were so lost in this romantic moment between them.. Then Tom finally broke the silence with a question.

Tom said in a quiet tone, not wanting to be loud enough to ruin the moment, Jake started blushing at that question, for the first time, he was unsure how to answer.

Jake asked in the same quiet tone, the two were staring at each other silently for a moment, Tom was pondering what he wanted them to be.. Tom wasn't sure how to express himself, he wasn't sure how to explain what he wanted them to be, but then he remembered Ashley and Will.. He really wanted Him and Jake to be like them.. Close like them.

Tom:I.. Want us to be close like Will and Ashley are..

Jake stared at Tom for a while before he looked away, he was nervous about answering since.. He didn't know if he could do this yet.. He was so haunted by his past that he was afraid to love now.. If he could even love, again the only form of "love" he has ever known before his death was lust, but this whole new feelings he got with Tom were so new.. And different and it just.. It scares the mummy a little bit.
Tom noticed the tension in the air and gently nudged him.

Jake snapped out of his train-wreck of thoughts and looked up at Tom, he smiled nervously as he spoke.

Tom raised an eyebrow, confused, he wants to know the reason why Jake felt this way but he didn't want to pressure him in any way, he had a feeling these were personal stuff, perhaps the mummy has already been in a relationship before and has had bad experiences..?

Tom:Is it about your past..?

Jake was silent after that question, his dark eyes showed such shame and sadness in them that stabbed Tom's heart repeatedly.. He wished he could find a way to prove to Jake that he could trust him, that he didn't have to let his past get in the way of him being able to express affection towards someone, especially him.. Maybe he was selfish, but he just wanted to help the mummy surpass his trauma and be able to show him what he knew was a healthy relationship.. But he would take it slowly..
Tom sighed as he gently grabbed Jake's hand, holding it in his, the mummy looked back at him in surprise and a little concern as his cheeks flushed into a dark color, the jester spoke calmly and reassuringly.

Tom:I'll be patient.. Until you feel like you are able to love me back without fears then i'll be here waiting, but please don't think i'll ever treat you the way others have done you..

Jake could feel his heart ache upon hearing those words, he almost became emotional, he was glad Tom understood him and wouldn't pressure him into anything.. He smiled, grateful for the jester understanding and nodded, Tom smiled as well as he gently squeezed the other's hand.

First day of school, a new girl came around, she wore some comfortable and slightly baggy clothes consisting of a skirt, a button-up, long socks, shoes and a cardigan that covered her body completely, she had short raven colored hair and teal eyes and glasses on, most notable thing about her however when the scars she tried to hide by wearing bandages since masks weren't allowed in school and gloves but they somehow were still noticeable, she gets stink-eyes often because of them and she hates it..
However upon entering in her class, she sat down next to a girl.. A very beautiful girl, she had long gorgeous dark blue hair and black eyes, a fair pale skin and a curvy but still fit body, she had a more feminine style unlike her who looked like a racoon, however the pretty bluenette then looked at her, the black haired hadn't realized she zoned out and was staring at her, gosh she would think she was a creep.. However the bluenette actually smiled at her and spoke in a friendly manner..
