When you become employed at Disney, there are lots of weird rules you have to follow;
1) when you become an employee, you are now referred to as "Cast Members"
2) the "cast members" that dress up at parks as certain characters have to be a certain hight so that all characters are the same height and so the costumes fit.
3) you can only point with two fingers or your whole hand, never just one finger.
4) Finger nails cannot be painted, and only up to a quarter of an inch past the finger nail
5) employees that wear glasses have to have a certain color frame, and cannot have any brand showing.
6) the employees that dress up as characters are also trained thoroughly to be able to do the characters signature the same as it started.
7) As Walt Disney insisted to be known on a first name basis, so all name tags on employees only have the first name on it.
8) If someone asks a question, it cannot be answered by "I don't Know". if they really don't know then they must find another employee to help them.
