(This is kind of a sequel to my last one shot, but the ship has changed to one I think deserves more appreciation)

After Courtney got cheated on, Heather comforted her. Always defending her and putting her before herself.

Some say it was her hatred for Gwen that made her take Courtney's side, but there was a different feeling around whenever Heather held her close, steering her away from any situation that would lead Courtney to break down again.

Even though she would never admit it, Heather enjoyed having someone to devote her care to. It made her feel less terrible about herself.

Courtney loved having Heather around. She seeked comfort in her soothing words that Heather only allowed herself to say to Courtney specifically. Heather would rather die than hug Leshawna and bring her food.

Courtney adored Heather, which was perfect to get her further in the game. When Courtney eventually got over her heartbreak, she remained firm friends with Heather, they confided in each other often, like free therapy.

But now, less than a month later, Heather was the one sobbing her heart out, face first into her now-stained pillow. Courtney rubbing her back, repeating over and over how special she was and how he didn't deserve her.

In Courtney's eyes, it was repaying the favour, but she didn't mind it. Heather was beautiful, even when she had red cheeks and puffy eyes. And gazing down at the wailing mess before her, she wondered how anyone in their right mind could hate her, hate having a brutally-honest teammate to make sure everyone was able-bodied and down to earth.

But of course, beggars were always choosers. To them Heather was an outsider, but to Court, she was the main character. Courtney couldn't help but always glance at her secretly while they were doing challenges. God, when she was fully focused she was so HOT.

(I'm so sorry for disrespecting you like this Queen Courtney 👑🙏)

Heather brushed her hair out of her face to gaze at her source of comfort. She took out her imaginary checklist of requirements to be Heather's type, and studied Courtney carefully.

Brown Hair: Check

Beautiful eyes: Check

Tanned: Check

Attractive: Check

Worthy of her love: Definitely check

Heather scolded herself mentally. She wasn't into girls. Only losers were into girls, and Heather certainly wasn't a loser (This isn't my actual opinion by the way, it's just something I feel like Heather would believe). But maybe, just maybe Heather might be a loser.

Courtney realised Heather was no longer sobbing. Courtney looked at her. Her cheeks where flushed red. 'What's wrong?' Courtney questioned, looking around for a twin of Alejandro who might have walked into the room to cause this sudden reaction from Heather.

Heather let out a long sigh, and began, ' I like you Court, a lot. But people who like girls are losers.'

Courtney grinned, and slyly remarked, ' Well then you're a loser, baby.' (STAN HAZBIN HOTEL)

Heather turned away, curling up into a ball. She screamed internally. How naive was she to think Court would ever feel the same way.

'But then we're both losers baby' continued Courtney, turning Heather's head to face her, planting a light kiss on her forehead.
