Noah's outburst not only made Arthur leave but also brought Miray back to reality.

The moment she realized her surroundings, she immediately buried her face in Luke's chest, muffling her sniffles.

She couldn't shake the feeling of guilt and self-loath for disturbing everyone's sleep again.

V.

Miray found herself unable to stop her tears as she thought of him. The way he stormed outside angrily.

Why didn't she listen to him?

Why didn't she tell him that she loved him so much and that she wasn't mad at him but at herself?

What if he got into an accident now?

What if he got into a fight with strangers and got hurt?

What if—

"Hey, hey, love, breathe, it's okay," Luke urged soothingly, feeling her breathing quicken again. He accepted the cup from Kaiden and brought it to Miray's lips, encouraging her to drink.

As she sipped the water, Miray's tear-filled eyes met Luke's tired gaze. She reached out to touch his bearded cheek, her hand trembling slightly. "I-I'm sorry, L-Lou," she stammered, her voice wavering with emotion.

She hated how he had to deal with her, even though she wasn't even his si-

No - Miray cut herself off, forcefully shutting her eyes.

She refused to entertain that thought.

The mere idea threatened to suffocate her, and she couldn't bear the thought of having another panic attack and making Luke go through it again.

"Hey, you okay?" Noah's voice broke through the silence as he knelt in front of her, placing a comforting hand on her knee.

Miray sniffled and nodded, making an effort to compose herself. "I'm okay," she replied, her voice trembling slightly. But she couldn't help but ask about Vince. "V?" she asked, hoping Noah would tell her he was already sleeping in his bed.

Noah's expression softened, "He's okay, I think he might be crashing at Dylan or Alex's place. Don't worry, the weather is cold outside, I'm sure he'll cool down quickly," he attempted to lighten the mood with a small joke, but Miray couldn't find comfort in it.

The thought of Vince being alone outside in the cold only added to her anxiety.

Luke sighed, realizing Miray wouldn't rest until she knew Vince was safe. He reached for his phone, intending to call him, but before he could, Noah spoke up hesitantly. "Actually... he left his phone here," Noah informed hesitantly.

Luke cursed inwardly, frustration evident in his expression, and dialed Dylan's number instead, hoping to get some answers.

Miray watched anxiously as Luke stepped away to talk privately, her worry weighing heavily on her.
