Waking up in a world like this
Knowing everything is already his
making me feel less complete
not understand how to succeed.
I used to believe that I'm okay
Believing I own every breath I take
Now I know better.
I breathe because you're out there.
I never felt scared before
Feeling I own the world but not anymore
Today I'm scared 'cause you're not here
Today I'm scared 'cause nothing is clear.
Being away from you hurts
Feeling pain not holding your hands
Your smile, your laugh, your soul
You'll probably give them along
To someone who'll think you love
To someone who'll steal from me your hold.
I never felt scared before.
