No one's POV
Amber wanted to meet up at the statue of Barbatos, so everybody all went there and saw Amber standing there, waiting for them.
"Hey traveler! I've been looking for you everywhere! Hows that wind glider I gave you last time?" Amber greeted.
"Pretty good." Lumine answered.
"Seems like its really growing on you! But then again, you dont have a gliding license, do you?"
"A gliding license? Hmm.. whats that?" Paimon asked.
"Isnt it obvious? You've got to have a gliding license to legally glide in Mondstadt."
"What about me?" (Y/N) asked, "do I need a gliding license? I dont have a wind glider."
"Hmm... I'm not sure. How about we just pretend you're wings are a wind glider..?" Amber suggested (yes, she knows they are wings). (Y/N) nodded and Lumine and Paimon continued to talk with Amber.
"Oh.. but we've been gliding for ages now. This is the first time we've heard about it!" Paimon said.
"Yeah. you've been gliding all over the place... everyone's noticed!" Amber explained, as (Y/N) was getting bored and decided to go take a walk around the city without Lumine, Paimon, or Amber noticing.
(Y/N) could hear their voices getting quieter as she was getting farther away. (Y/N) decided to go the the Favonius headquarters first because that was the only place she was familiar with.
Ignoring the knights inside the building telling her not to make a racket, (Y/N) opened a door that led to the library.(Y/N) decided to find the 'Teyvat Travel Guide' since she heard Lumine and Paimon talking about it recently. She saw lisa looking at a bookshelf and went up to her.
"*yawn* if you're borrowing a book, please register it in the log. The restricted section is currently not lending any books." Lisa said, "Oh? Its you, little cutie." Lisa noticed the small little girl by her feet. "Its so good to see you! More refreshing than a strong cup of tea in the afternoon."
"Aren't you supposed to be working?" (Y/N) asked the purple witch.
"I mean, othe than Jean, who really works that earnestly anyway?" Lisa pointed out.
"I feel bad for Jean working so hard." (Y/N) mumbled.
"So, did you have something you needed?" Lisa asked. "..or did you just come to see me?"
"I just wanted to see you!" (Y/N) happily exclaimed, causing Lisa to send her a close-eyed smile. "I'm also looking for the teyvat travul guide." (Y/N) cutely said.
"I suppose I could try to find you a copy from the list.." Lisa agreed.
"What do you mean 'I suppose?" (Y/N) asked.
"Oh dear.. Thats unfortunate. Our copy is currently being borrowed. That said, it is now overdue." Lisa sighed, "come to think of it, quite a few of our books are now overdue. I REALLY wish people would just return their books.." Lisa said that last sentence fiercely, causing (Y/N) to flinch a little bit. "..on time! Ugh.. such a pain. Im going to bring those unreturned books back. If you'd rather get your hand on that teyvat travel guide sooner, you'd better come with me."
(Y/N) just nodded in response, not wanting to make Lisa angrier than she already is. "You really are such a considerate cutie. Lets see, first we can go too... the souvenir shop. Its called 'with wind comes glory'. Lets meet there shortly." Lisa said, her voice softer this time.
(Y/N) followed Lisa to the souvenir shop to talk to Marjorie, the owner of the shop, about the book. Cutie, you're here! Lets begin, shall we?" Lisa asked.
