Back in Mondstadt, after Lumine and Paimon finally found [Y/N] wandering around a forest, they continued their journey to find Lumine's twin brother.
Everyone was at Diluc's mansion to talk about the abyss order and Dvalin.
"The Abyss Order... Enemies of the human race. Even the underground networks rarely come across any information on them." Diluc stated. "With that said, it was a bit of a hassle, but I managed to dig up a few clues."
"Really? That quickly? You really are well connected, Master Diluc." Venti praised.
"Come to think of it, Mr. Big Anemo God Barbatos - why exactly do you need the help of mere humans...?" Paimon asked.
"Ahh... How do I put it..." Venti thought.
" 'The Seven' as people now know them, were once known as 'The Seven Archons.' Each archon presides over their own part of Teyvat. That is the role the archons play. Only in performing this duty can we attain power, but I don't like the idea of "ruling" Mondstadt - and I don't feel Mondstadt would really like it either." Venti explained.
" "Go forth and establish a city of freedom without rule." We have not forgotten Barbatos' wish for Monstadt." Jean saluted, putting a hand over her chest.
"Jean... You're such a devotee!" Paimon exclaimed. "Maybe someone got a little too free and is just too lazy to care.."
"Ahh.. However it may come to be... I haven't been back to Mondstadt for an extended period of time. Without a doubt, I am now the weakest archon among The Seven!"
"And yet you sound almost proud..." [Y/N] said with a disappointed, but unsurprised face, wanting to be apart of the boring conversation.
"Aww, you flatter me."
"Oh, such a humble god... Is it a blessing, or a curse? But we digress. Let's get back to the topic at hand: the common enemy of all mankind. We have tracked the Abyss Mage to the vicinity of the winery." Diluc said, getting back on topic.
"I cannot stress enough how important it is to not let it escape." Jean said.
"Let's hunt it down!" Lumine exclaimed.
[Y/N] was just sitting by a nearby wall, stargazing. Though, she looked like she was about to fall asleep right then and there.
Everyone started departing, heading to their destined location, while accidentally leaving [Y/N] behind.

*yawn* [Y/N] woke up from their peaceful nap. She groggily stood up while rubbing her eyes. Looking up to her surroundings, she found nobody around. No Lumine, no Paimon, no Diluc, no Jean, and no Venti. [Y/N] started looking around the area, behind the mansion, by the grapes, she even tried to go inside. After realizing that nobody was around,—except for some maids that didn't help her after she asked where her friends were— she decided to go explore on her own again to find the group.

[Y/N] found herself lost for the first time, finding herself in the middle of a forest she'd never been to, occasionally spacing out with a worried expression on her face 'I wonder what's happening at home..' She thought, as more concerned and worried thoughts floated around in her mind.
"Oof!" [Y/N] exclaimed, rubbing her forehead with her slightly dirty hand. "oww.." Looking up, [Y/N] was surprised to see a shadowy figure looming over her as she sat on the ground.
"Are you alright?" They asked, reaching out a hand for [Y/N] to grab. Taking the hand, [Y/N] dusted herself off, while responding with, "Yeah. Uhm.. thank you." Looking at the stranger she just bumped into, [Y/N] could see them more clearly. They had short, blonde hair, crystal-like light blue eyes, and a very dark blue thing on the left side of their face. (Y/N's left). Their clothes were also mostly dark shades such as black, gray, and dark blue. A starry, galaxy-like designed cape flapped behind them in the wind.
"What is a child like you doing out here in the forest?" They asked.
"Uhh.. Well, my friends went somewhere and left me behind...?" [Y/N] partly answered.
"I see.." They muttered, mostly to themself. "Well, let's take you back to your friends, then. I'm not too busy at the moment anyway."
[Y/N]'s eyes glittered, before nodding and happily going with the stranger she decided to trust so much.
