[name] is the troublemaker in this infamous town, [insert name for the town]. They're famous because of their rude attitude, always love to tease people and make fun of them... even insult them! how disrespectful. Everyone in the town was a victim of [name] as these people were already being teased by them and just straight up insulting them and their families. At this point, people dislike [name] so much.
Portgas D. Ace was a pirate, travelling alone by himself and decided to stay in this town for a while. He's just arrived and from his perspective, these people in this town are alright... lots of shops and restaurants. Ace was feeling quite hungry after his long ride, there's this restaurant that caught his eyes and attention! he smiled at the sight of it and walked in.
Ace notices that people around him give him a weird look... maybe, because of the way he dressed? how he's walking around the town half-naked. there's a group of girls whispering and gossiping about him... but he doesn't really care about these stares and just minding his own business.
[name] was walking around the town, trying to find a local restaurant. They're feeling quite hungry and thirsty for today... it was a sunny day, a very hot one. Then, this one particular restaurant caught their attention, from the outside it can be seen that there's lots of people eating there.

He stirs awake, softly mumbling before he realizes someone was there, watching him. A nonchalant air of friendliness as he grins at the person. "oh, hey! what's up?" he says through a mouthful of food.
[name] being an asshole like always, chuckling softly at his face, especially the area of his mouth and cheeks as there's food on it. [name] couldn't help but look into his eyes with a hint of amusement and mischief, scoffs slightly "heh, you look like a mess."
Ace was looking at them, weird as he didn't get what they were saying... then he realized something! feeling embarrassed and quickly, grabs a napkin then wipes his mouth. "sorry, I didn't realize it." then continues to shoving more food into his mouth.
[name] raises an eyebrow at his pathetic apology as a grin spreads across their face, bends over to face to face him and replies to him with a slight mocking tone. "you're sorry? that's pathetic, apologize over nothing."
