As the girls are sitting down on the couch Aiden begins to explain about this world they are all in. Earth was once a world where people live in peace, but there's still bad things such as attacks and racism. But that all changes when the virus happened, a virus that turns people into infected flesh eating undead, zombies to be exact. The all happened 15 years ago Aiden explain and the girls try to understand is going on. The GRE tried to find a cure for the virus, but what they did was a terrible consequences the suffered. The fall happened and everyone in the world began to be infected at it a rapid rate. What Aiden is trying to explain to them is that the world has came to an end. But that doesn't mean humanity can give up as there are still people in the world. Settlement and villages and certain city around the states, tho the girls are confused about him using a word states instead of kingdoms. After Aiden explain about this world he ask about their world and the girls explain.
They talk about their world called remnant and the four kingdoms. They explain how their try to be peaceful, but have one problem. Their world is being attacked and crawling with the creatures of darkness called grim. Creatures that kill on sight and are attracted to fear and anger. Aiden is a bit confused as to what a grim is and it almost sounds like their world is in an apocalypse of some kind. Than they explain about the humans of their world and another type of people called faunus. A type of human with animal traits on them like ears, horns, or tails of animals. Aiden didn't believe this at all, until it took Blake to take her bow off and show her cat ears. This freaks Aiden out for a moment until he calmed down.
After a while of explaining they all come to a conclusion and they started with Aiden and this world.
Weiss: ok so let me say this again. So this world was once populated by millions of humans only?
Aiden: yes
Yang: but than this company called GRE did something bad that cause the fall 15 years ago
Aiden: correct
Blake: and now this world is crawling with blood and flesh eating zombies?
Aiden: correct
Ruby: that sounds... Scary to say
Aiden: it sounds scary? just wait until you see one
Ruby: oh
Aiden: but I'm confused about your world and it's people
Blake: we feel the same with your world
Yang: ya
Aiden: ok so how did you get here, like in this world?
Weiss: like we said we were patrolling the walls of vale and.... And... *Grunting* why can't i remember happened after?!
Yang: same with me
Ruby: me to
Blake: me three
Aiden: wait so you four don't know how you got here?
Ruby: no actually. This is weird?
Aiden: well until you four figure it out. I'll leave you be *starts to leave*
Weiss: hey wait! Where are you going?
Aiden: I'm leaving
Yang: so what? Your leaving us here. In this abandoned in a world we don't understand
Aiden: ok and?
Ruby: you can't leave us! We don't know what to expect
Blake: ya... Why don't you take us with you?
Aiden: look don't take anyone with me, I'm a pilgrim
Weiss: ok and what does that mean?
Aiden: it means i wonder alone out there
