Chapter 2

AUTHOR'S POV -

It was 08:00 at night.
A man in his office cabin was soo concentrated in his work. He was looking so handsome and hot in his spectacles and his beared are not helping much. Suddenly his phone rang. He glanced at the phone and then look at the time. He knows what he is going to hear now. He pick up the phone and without listening the speaker, he said.

" Mom I already said that I am going to come late. Don't worry I will be home by 11." He said and was going to cut the call but stop as soon as he hear her.

" Rudransh listen I am not going to hear you now just come home at time because I hope you didn't forget that tomorrow at sharp 11:00 I want you here with me doesn't matter how busy you are. You got it? " His mother said, or we can say scold his son.

She was fed up with his son coming late at home regularly. She knows he has soo much work. She also knows very well about his late night works. But now she just want a girl who can be a light in his dark world. That's why she has arrange a girl for his marriage and tomorrow they are going tomorrow to see their future daughter - in - law.

" Okay Mom. I will be ready tomorrow at sharp 11:00 a.m. Now please sleep as I am going to come home late. " He said and cut the call without even listening her.

She also don't mind as she was well aware of his nature and behaviour.

(NEXT DAY)

The time has come when Rudransh was going to meet the girl who is arranged by her mother for him.

He was not going to reject her because he very well know that if he reject this girl this will not stop her mother to find another girl for his marriage. But today, he is going to put some conditions which will make any girl thinks twice to agree for this marriage.

As soon as the clock hit 11, he came out of his room to meet his mother and family.

All of them already did their breakfast and as usual Rudransh did his breakfast in his room. He didn't like the crowd near him when he have his meal. He only like to stay alone in his room.

Its not like he didn't love his family. He loves and respects everyone a lot but the thing is he don't know how to express his love in words or actions. And every member of the family is well aware of this thing.

" Good morning Dadi. " he said and touched her feet.

" Good morning beta. Are you ready? " She said smiling.

"Ahhh Dadi, what ready. You know na if I deny for this proposal Mom is surely going to kill me. You are well aware I don't like these marriage thing and all." He said and gives her an annoying look.

Her grandmother laughs at his expression.
" Now go, otherwise again you have to hear her taunts "

Rudransh gives her a small smile.

Soon his mother and father also come to Dadi's room to take blessings and bid farewell to her.

SAYESHA'S POV -

It is going to be 11 and anytime they will be here. I was very nervous from the morning although I know they are going to reject me saying that we don't want a short height girl for our son. But still, my heart was scared for today.

" Ishu. " I said.

Isha, who was doing my makeup humm in response as she was soo concentrated in her work.

" Do you really think we need this makeup." I asked.

She frowned at me, " Why are you saying that? Look, you are looking soo pretty, I know he will just going to fall for you at first sight!" She said.

" Do you really think they are going to accept me as their daughter - in - law? I mean you see, my height is just 5 feet. Which family will accept a short height girl like me to be a part of thier family. " I said and she understands my feelings.

" Look Sashu, you are pretty, intelligent, smart, confident even you speak like the way that anyone can be impressed by your thoughts. You are soo pure and innocent. Which boy will not want you as his wife. And if you are thinking about your height then its not your fault. Its just because that your body growth is slow. And just beleive in your Mahadev. And you know what is the name of the boy who is going to meet you?
Rudransh... Rudransh Singhania.
And you better know the meaning of his name. That means your Mahadev himself send him for you. So please stay positive. Nothing wrong will happen. " She tries to assure me.

And as soon as I heared his name, my eyes got widen.

" Ishu,,, Are you talking about The Rudransh Singhania. Do you know who is he." I asked almost got shocked.

I was very well aware of his businesses.

"Yaah, he was the CEO of Singhania Clothing brand and also the sole heir of Singhania Industires. " She said giving me a broad smile.

Now I am sure. I am going to reject. Because I saw him, ofcourse in pictures. He was soo handsome and I am sure his standards will also be soo high.

Soon we heared the ring of the door bell and we know they are here. I was in my room with Isha and Mamma and my sibling were outside in the drawing room for thier welcome.

After some time Anika came into the room signlling me to come. I am sure , I am hundred per cent sure he is going to say a big NO at first place.
