Neeta trailed to Trisha's room, calling out, "Trisha..." loudly.

"Calm down... everyone will run to the room listening to your voice," Trisha said.

"Whatever... listen, I have something interesting to tell you," she exclaimed.

"Yes, I'm all ears."

They both settled on the bed.

"You know there's Vishal in our batch," Neeta said, widening her eyes.

Trisha hummed in confusion and said, "I don't know who he is."

"Areey, dumboo..." Neeta said, gritting her teeth.

"Okay, I'll show him to you tomorrow. Now listen to this," Neeta said, calming herself.

"Mmm, tell me," Trisha said, uninterested.

"You know... that... he has a crush on you," she screamed.

"What?" Trisha said, looking into Neeta's eyes.

"Who told you this?" Trisha asked in confusion.

"Yes, bro," Neeta stated happily, winking at her.

"You know... he is so handsome, tall, and classy," she explained in detail. "If he proposes to you... accept it without thinking twice," Neeta blurted out of the blue.

"Shut up, re..., don't say too much," Trisha got up irritated and moved towards the study table to clean the mess.

Neeta started laughing seeing her. All of a sudden, her eyes fell on the paper kept on the bedside table. Quickly, she took it from there.

"What's this letter, Trisha?" she asked while opening it. Trisha hurried to grab it, saying, "Don't read that," but she failed.

"Haay haay... a love letter," Neeta chuckled after reading it. "I know who wrote this letter," Neeta said, waving the paper.

"I'm not interested in all these things," Trisha said uninterestedly, sitting on the bed.

"Why are you like this, bro? You're not even curious to see who this person is," Neeta questioned her, holding the letter in her hand.

Trisha looked at Neeta with dull eyes and said, "Neets, my wounds are paining; I took painkillers, and I want to sleep," she expressed, making a puppy face.

"Mmm... Okay, I'll leave you now. Tomorrow, I will talk to you about this," Neeta said, departing from her room.

Trisha and Neeta became very close over time. Their vibes matched well with each other. They spent much time together after college hours.
