(Just to clarify this is before and during the incident not the present time of Maeve's kidnapping.)

I was practically already late for class that morning considering it was a testing week and my alarm didn't ring. I got up took and brushed my teeth, I just repeated my normal routine I do almost everyday. My first test was Spanish so I headed out my room and locked my door behind me.

I smiled when I remembered Maeve had Spanish so I rushed down the hall pass through everyone and got to Spanish. I quietly slipped in and immediately saw Maeve making this cute face I walked up to her. "You look pretty making that face." She turned her head looking up at me while I sat next to her. I saw her soft smile

"Thank you Eli." She said to me I gave her a grin the Spanish teacher handed out the test papers. "No problem baby." I said to her I watched her every movement... not in a creepy way- just in administration you know?

Not to brag but my Spanish was pretty top tier considering my enemies the people I work with, I had to learn Spanish. I scoff as I put my phone into the ziplock bag that was passed around and placed it into the bin.

I looked beside me, looking back at Maeve who looked worried I raised a brow. "You look like you've seen a ghost." I mumbled. "Maybe because I did." I chuckled a bit watching as she rolled her eyes at me. "Students it required that no talking happens, if you're caught talking that immediately reduces your grade by a slight 5-10 percent depending on how much you continue."

I sighed and looked down at the one piece of paper that was filled with Spanish I started to answer the question writing and what not. I felt kinda stressed for some reason, I placed my hand on Maeve's thigh she shooed me away and I gave her these puppy eyes. She stood up and so did I she gave a soft sigh making me snicker I know she finds it annoying when I follow behind her.

I can't help it. "Do you wanna go to the diner Stella?" I asked her as I interlock hands. "Sure let's go." She agreed and I dragged her out the class.

It was kinda silent so I wanted to make some small talk as we made our way there. "How confident are you that you'll pass that test?" I asked her, she looked at me and cocked her head. "Confident but not so confident." I hummed. "Well I'm pretty confident my Stella is gonna pass because she so smart."

I said and she gave me the warmest smile ever I wanted to kiss her. "Think so?" She questioned and I nodded. "I heard you used to play piano, and my Stella is very talented? You'll definitely pass that test baby." I spoke I didn't kiss her on the lips but kissed her on her temple she just laughed at me making me roll my eyes at her.

We reached the Diner and headed to one of the booths I sat right next to her. "You love me so much you have to always sit next to me don't you?" She murmured to me. "Well of course I'm obligated to sit beside you, it's my job duh." She chuckled. "Okay Mr. Sassy Pants."

"I could be more sassier than that." I claimed. "Mhm." Agnis came over to us with her little notepad and a huge gleaming smile. "Ah look at you two love birds, young love makes me smile." Agnis stated Maeve turned her head to look at me but I was already staring at her. "Right..." she spoke. "Yeah." I mumbled.

"Cute couple-" Maeve immediately stopped her before she could continue, rambling on about how cute and adorable we both look and how she would like to see our wedding... "Well we um aren't you know." Agnis nodded her head. "Oh it will happen soon though, what could I get you both?" She asked, I just looked away scratching my head.

"Stella?" I muttered. "Oh, uhm can I get fries and a cookie and cream milkshake?" Agnis scribbled something's down on her notepad,

"Mhm and you Elias?" I glanced at the menu. "Uh can I get a regular burger with some fries?" I said to Agnis she nodded scribbling more onto her notepad. "Okay you two, your food will be served soon." We thanked Agnis and she walked away, Maeve rested her head down onto the table. "Tired?" I implied. "Yeah tired." She spoke back.
