Familiar foe

Phone call

Due to the horrible stinging in my eyes and all that water coming out of them too (I swear I was an actual waterfall or something) I teleport away from the boss's door and hide in abandoned lounging room, since the new lounging room is usually where everyone is. It was very very dark and terrible in there. There was Bugs everywhere, and some of the floorboards were broken.

But I was used to that. I came in here all the time. Hoping that no idiots would come in and see me like this, I hid behind the torn up couch. I maaayyybe was the one to tear it up but..that's not the point!!

"Augh! What is wrong with- m-e?!" I said as I sat on the floor and wiped away the wet stuff on my eyes. They still stung but I didn't really care anymore.

I start to think about what I was going to do now. For once I felt like a cowardly idiot.
After a bit (30 minutes or so) I decided to leave the lounge since my eyes didn't really sting anymore.

I made sure not to run into anyone. But then I heard something as I walked past the boss's door.
I put my ear up to the door. It was the boss. He seemed to be on the phone.

Through the mumbles and whispers I could kinda hear what he was saying.

"I might get rid of him. I mean, he's easily replaceable." He said. "I could always make another with that new cloning machine." He started to talk more quietly so I put my ear up closer to the door.

"He's became useless. He can't even kill anyone. He's a mistake." He said walking farther away from the door, picking up something. My heart sunk when I realized I was going to be replaced. I heard someone else talking from the phone so I put my ear up even closer.

"What am I going to do with it? I'm going to kill it. Obviously." He said. Seeming very proud of himself.

I put my ear up much closer to hear what the person on the phone was saying, but since i had already pressed up my ear to the door way too much, the stupid door opened. There I face the man who created me and had just had admitted to planning on ending my life. He stares at me for a second or two before I quickly teleport away into my void again..
