MY EX | CHANLIX STORY [COMPLETED]

Felix got out of the bedroom wearing a white t-shirt and shorts while he had his blond hair tied up in a ponytail. He scanned the room and found Chan sitting in the living room couch working on his laptop while drinking some coffee. "There's more coffee in the kitchen if you want", he suddenly told Felix without even glancing at him with how focused he was with his work.

Felix gave a nod and headed towards the kitchen counter, pouring himself a cup before joining Chan on the couch sitting opposite him. Chan continued with work while Felix played with his mug from the awkward silence in the room. Finally Felix cleard his throat.

"Chan you have a lovey apartment", he said before shyly sipping his coffee. Chan gave him a 'Mmm' answer before resuming his work on his laptop. Felix was a bit nervous as he stole a glance at the busy Chan who was too engulfed in his work with papers and documents that were spread across the couch and on the coffee table.
Felix began to feel like he was invading his space and decided it's best he leaves..

As he slowly got up, Chan immediately faced him, "Going somewhere?", he asked with an eyebrow raised. Felix was looking the other way, then turned to face the seated Chan nervously, "I didn't realize how busy you were, and thought that maybe we can talk some other time.", he said while biting his lower lip anxiously.

"I'm almost Done, you can take a seat, just give me 5 more minutes yea", he told Felix who gave him a nod and went back to his seat. And indeed, he was finished within 5 minutes, then placed everything inside his laptop bag before facing the nerve-wrecked Felix.

It was silent all of sudden, Chan had his eyes glued on Felix, who hung his head, nervously playing with the hem of his t-shirt.,. Chan sighed and decided to speak first, "You want C. J. to know about you am I right?," he suddenly blurted out, causing Felix to raise his head up anxiously while looking at him.

"Now my concern is, why now Felix, you threw him away like he didn't matter and now after 5 years you come looking for him. Do you know how much we suffered because of you, especially C. J. who needed his mother, Why now?", Chan questioned him.

After wiping his forming tears, Felix stood up and went to kneel down infront of Chan with his head bowed, suprising him ,"Chan i know this will be hard for you to understand, but I only found out about the pregnancy 2months after you left for the military.....

"one day, I fainted at school due to Melnutriton, and thats how my dispicable parents found out about the baby, and that's when they began to decide the course of my life. They took away all my privileges, every device including my phone, laptop, just anything that would keep me from reaching out to you or even letting you find out about our baby...they didn't even let me go out of the house for those whole 9 months so I couldn't talk to anyone.."

Chan clenched his Jaws and knuckles at what he just heard, but let Felix continue. "All that time being away from you was agonizing pain, I was a prisoner in my very own home. It felt like years in jail. And as times passed by without connecting to the world, especially with you Chan and many fails to escaping, , I then decided to take matters into my own hands which I'm not proud of..... "

"I tried killing myself, several times, and I'm not proud of it, especially with our baby that was still in me. It was selfish but I was depressed, mentally, physically and emotionally. Only god knows how I survived all those attempts. But the last time I tried, your last words to me suddenly kept playing over and over in my head,  You said to me, 'Felix I'll be back from the army in no time, just wait a little longer, be strong for me and I promise to love and take care of you for Eternity, because I belong to you and you belong to me!'. And that was the last time I tried to kill myself, and miraculously I felt our baby kicking inside of me for the very first time ever, which gave me hope and strength to move on and get ready for what my evil parents had already planned for me.

After surviving those excruciating months at home, being isolated from the world and all alone while being watched 24/7, i finally gave birth at home to our precious bundle of joy. My parents suddenly busted in my bedroom and just like that, they informed me about going back to Australia to stay with my grandparents in a week's time after I've healed enough with no questions asked....

"they only gave me a week, can you believe it, a f*cking week to bond with my baby, and after the week passed, I was abruptly woken up by them to get ready to go. I then searched around for my baby but my mother was already carrying him in her arms, then my father suddenly snapped his fingers infront of my face warning me to get ready quickly so that I don't miss the flight. And the rest was history."

"the minute I arrived to Australia, I quickly tried looking for good paying jobs while I studied and then started my very own wedding interior and design company, with the help from my grandparents and Hyunjin who joined me 3 years ago and that's how I finally got enough money to hire an investigstor to search for him. After 2 years since I left him there, They found out that he was no longer at the where I  dropped him off aorphanagend couldn't tell me who took him" he explained tearfully.

Chan shook his head looking at him, "You knew my number of by heart, couldn't you have tried get ahold me using other people's phones?", he berated him angrily. Felix moved even closer while kneeing between his legs now, "What help could that have done Chan, knowing how stubborn you were, I knew if I'd told you sooner, you would have discharged yourself early and left the military and I didn't want that for you, my plan was to get our boy back first then tell you " he explained.

"Wow how noble of you", Chan muttered under his breath while Shaking his head and got up, heading towards the kitchen to grab two bottles of water drinking one. He then gave the other to the weeping Felix who was bawling his eyes out in the living room floor.

Chan still felt hurt and betrayed, but he also couldn't help feel sorry for what Felix also went through without him there. He bought a box of tissues, then sat down next to the now hiccuping Felix, handing the tissues to him.

After a couple of minutes of silence, Chan decided to speak up,"I knew your parents were against relationship, but I didn't think they'd stoop that low, intimidatimg you like that, I'm sorry you had to go through all of that all by yourself Felix........"

"And thank you for thinking about my military reputation like that, but Felix, you and my child meant more to me and I would've made it work as a deserted soldier, family comes first and you were my family too. If I didn't find out, what if somebody adopted him and we could've never seen him again", Chan said in a trembling voice.

He then exhaled sharply while wiping away his tears, then grab ahold of Felix's hand next him, making Felix face him, "I can see that we both went through alot back then, but let's try and make it work for our son's sake and let bygones be bygones", he stated, making Felix smile big as he gave him a nod while holding back his tears.

Chan swiftly pulled him, embracing him with a hug, calming him down. When he felt that Felix was calm, they pulled apart, wiping each other's tears while blushing and giggling, then suddenly they were gazing in each other's eyes that immediately went to each other's lips. Then out of the nowhere, they smashed into each other's lips, kissing passionately and hungrily, like there was no tomorrow.
