Unbothered
>>>>———— 🍀 ————<<<<

Aryan shouldn't have let Deepa with Agni, that woman has been badly influenced. He gasped with his eyes widened, as he saw Deepa waving at him from the passenger seat with the driver not daring to look Aryan's way. Now, only he could give Agni a ride.

Agni had to stifle a laugh at the sight of Aryan's annoyed expression. Clearing her throat,

Ivlo salichitulam drop pananumnu avasiyam illa, na venna cab'la-

Adhellam onnu venam

Aryan interrupted, Agni mentally smirked,

Naane drop panren, ana unakaga na panlae

He shamelessly fibbed to which Agni rolled her eyes,

Na unkitta kekala

She sneered as she walked to his car, Aryan followed her with a dumbfounded face,

Yenna feel kuda panna maatra?

Aryan couldn't help but feel a bit puzzled by Agni's reaction, but he didn't voice his thoughts. Instead, he opened the door for her, only to be met with a glare. With a resigned sigh, he watched as she slam closed the door. With her heated glare still fixed on him, Agni opened the door on her own and she hopped into the car and closed it back, showing him that she can open her own door. As he walked around to the driver's seat, Aryan couldn't shake off the feeling of tension between them.

The silence in the car felt heavy, laden with unspoken words and unresolved tensions. Aryan couldn't help but steal glances at Agni, his mind swirling with questions and doubts. Had she truly become indifferent to him? Was she no longer affected by his presence or his words? A sense of disappointment crept into his heart, mingling with a strange mix of relief and resignation. After all, hadn't he wished for her to move on, to find happiness without him? Yet, faced with her apparent indifference, Aryan couldn't shake off the feeling of emptiness that settled within him.

As Aryan grappled with these conflicting emotions, he couldn't shake off the sense of discomfort that gnawed at him. For years, he had grown accustomed to solitude, to the absence of love and concern in his life. It was a familiar, albeit lonely, existence that he had learned to accept. Yet, the realization that his relationship with Agni mirrored this void unsettled him in ways he couldn't fully comprehend. He had never wished for her to share in his solitude, to experience the same sense of detachment that had become his reality. Despite his desire for her to move on, a part of him couldn't help but yearn for her presence, for her care, and for the warmth of her affection.

Konjam munnadhi paathu vandhi oatha mudhiyuma?

Agni asked, Aryan snapped his head to the road. How did she know without even looking at him?

Suddenly, Aryan noticed something, his mind raced with suspicion as he observed the unusually deserted road. It was a time of day when the streets were typically bustling with activity, yet they were the lone travelers on this usually congested route. His instincts prickled with unease, sensing that something was amiss. Glancing at Agni, who seemed lost in her own thoughts, Aryan couldn't shake off the feeling of foreboding that gripped him. Was it mere coincidence, or was there something more sinister at play?

Aryan's heart raced as he spotted the speeding truck hurtling toward them. With a sharp intake of breath, he instinctively reached for Agni's hand, his fingers intertwining with hers in a tight grip. Startled by his sudden movement, Agni turned to him,

Agni, seat belt nalla podhu

Agni's heart skipped a beat as she saw the truck hurtling toward them, its headlights blazing in the dimming light. Panic surged through her veins, but she forced herself to stay calm, her instincts kicking in. Quickly checking her seat belt, she tightened it with trembling hands, her gaze fixed on the impending danger ahead. She felt Aryan's grip on her hand tighten, his silent reassurance grounding her in the midst of the impending chaos.
