Chapter 5

Y/n was waiting for Jimin at the bookstore and was again texting with Minho until he comes.
“So why did he call you there?”
“He told me something very shocking”

Y/n was confused and asked him about what it was?
“It’s a very long story…I will tell you once I get back” she pouted and replied.
“You always do this…tell me the half matter and then keep me in suspense” She sent it to him with a pouting emoji.
“Oh my cute little sister, I am gonna come soon…Don't worry”

Then he asked about her day and she did the same. And then he had some work so they said bye to each other.
After some time Jimin came and sat beside her giving her a smile.

Time skip

Jimin looks at Y/n but then looks back at the book he was reading. He was doing this for few minutes now. He wanted to ask her something but was hesitant to. But he doesn't know that y/n already caught him.

She takes out her notebook and then writes something on it, and then keeps it in front of him while eyeing him.

‘What is it?’ The notebook said.

Jimin looks at y/n gulping in nervousness knowing that she caught him. He takes a deep breath before signalling her, “I wanted to ask you something” She gives him a signal to go ahead. He signals, “Do you have someone you like?”

She raises her eyebrows at his question.
“And why are you asking that?”
Jimin shrugs his shoulder, "Just, wanted to know"

Y/n thinks for a moment and her mind immediately went to Jungkook. How he took her attention on the very first day she saw him. How his doe eyes were her favourite. How his smile was the prettiest one (y/n~ after my brother's obviously) How he just never left her mind. Even though she couldn't hear his singing, the way everyone was clapping for him and listening to him made her believe that he must have an angelic voice.

Jimin knocks on the desk in front of her. She comes out of her thoughts.

"I do have someone I really like a lot" As soon as he understood the signs...his heart broke into pieces. He just can't explain what he is feeling at this very moment. ‘She likes someone’ but then a hope suddenly came..what if she is talking about him only.

“Who is he?” He asked.

Y/n smiles and continues to tell him, “Someone who comes to our cafe daily. He is oppa's friend and also sings in the cafe. I couldn't hear his singing, but he sure must be good at it” She continued to tell him more but now Jimin wasn't focusing on her signs.

His hope crashed down and yet again his heart broke but this time the pain was more realising that she was talking about Jungkook only.

‘They both like each other’ He thought.

Y/n stopped when she noticed Jimin being lost in his own world. ‘He sure is hiding something from me’ She thought. She kept her hand on his shoulder which made him flinch.

“You okay?” “Yeah” He replied.

“Then I will go...I have to be at the cafe also” Jimin nods at her signals.
Before leaving, Y/n writes something on her notebook and leaves it there.

Jimin finally looked at the notebook she left, ‘It's okay if you don't wanna share it with me, but atleast share it with someone you trust so that your pain lessens’

Time skip to night (at boy's dorm)

Jimin was in his room thinking about everything before deciding that he should share it with someone. And the only person he could think of was Taehyung. Jungkook wasn't in dorm yet so it was better to talk now.
