Chapter XVI: Late night stories

Namjoon puts his netbook aside after saving all the information he collected about Jung Hoseok. On his bed, Jungkook is drinking what the oldest thinks is a milkshake. Lately, it's the only thing he's seen him drink at all. He has no idea how the boy got addicted to it.

- Are we taking a break, Hyung?

- It's more than a break. I'm gonna stop here for today

- Already? Cool!

- I would keep going but I need to get ready for my date

Namjoon walks up to his bathroom, not paying attention to Jungkook's shocked expression. The youngest follows him asking for details. He never thought he'd see Namjoon date anyone!

- Really?! No Joke?! With who? Is he a wolf? A cute one? What's your type, Hyung? What's the plan? Are you getting married?

- Hahaha Jungkook please, we're getting to know each other. It's literally our first date

- What's his name? And who is he? Do I know him?

Namjoon smirks just thinking about it. It's almost surprising that a man like that wants to date him. He looks like a dream impossible to reach for any other mortal.

- He's a handsome human with the kindest and funniest personality I've known so far

- A human...what about your wolf? How's he taking it?

- Uuhmm...

(I wanna eat him tonight! I wanna taste his flesh. We can cover the whole room in his blood!)

-...I guess he's excited about it haha... I'll have to keep him under control

- And what are your date plans?

- We'll go see a horror movie. If I'm lucky enough he'll get scared and hug me

Jungkook can see he's looking forward to it. He can't believe Namjoon's acting like that. He usually avoids people, scared that no one will be able to handle his wolf. Humans tend to look weak in his eyes. But apparently, something in Jin made him took this risk. He wants to trust the boy is strong enough for him. And he hopes this won't be a total mess.

As the night falls, Namjoon waits for his date at the cinema. He bought the drinks, the popcorn and the tickets. When Jin appears he can't help to look at him up and down. He always looks like a fucking model.

- You're stunning

- I know

God, that ego makes Namjoon bite his lip. He loves confident men so much. They enter the place to see the movie Namjoon chose. A horror movie of werewolves fighting vampires. He knew beforehand that the antagonist were the vampires so he was ready to enjoy it. Besides, his wolf would probably be happy to see the scenes were those damn creatures get killed. The movie ended up being so bad that both of them spent most of the time laughing. It was a miracle they didn't get kicked out. On the way out they can finally talk about it like it was the best thing they ever saw.

- Did you see the wolf shifting?! Hahahah he looked like a human with a dog's head!

- And the flying bat? Hahaha it was clearly a puppet!

They walk several blocks talking about the horror movie that felt like a comedy to them. Soon enough they discover they both know a lot about those fantasy creatures. Even though their opinions are the total opposite.

- Why are you afraid of vampires? Don't tell me you were scared of Dracula as a kid hahaha

- Of course not! I don't think I ever saw that movie
