Outer Space
???: Tch. She had already defeated two aliens.
???: What's worse is that she is starting to accept that power.
???: It doesn't matter. In the end, she's a little human girl.
???: Ah yeah. There should be another batch coming.
???: And it is not going to be one.
???: I hope you will still be alive. It will be boring if you die easily.
Ayame's Home
Ayame: *Yawns*
Ayame: It's already been the next day and there was no sign of any pain.
Ayame: Weird. I thought there would be consequences for using this power.
Ayame: It seems I am still lacking knowledge of this gem.
Ayame: Anyways, for the time I am not attending school, I should probably learn more about this power.
Ayame: This power is so great. There is bound to be something that will happen to keep the balance.
Ms. Ayame: Haruka! Come down now. Food is ready.
Ayame: Coming, Mom.
(Ayame goes down at the smell of a newly made breakfast)
Ms. Ayame: Are you okay, Haruka? I know what you saw there must be horrifying. It's fine if you have any problems.
Ayame: It's nothing, Mom. I got over it already.
Ms. Ayame: Are you sure? Your face says otherwise.
Ayame: It's fine, Mom.
Ms. Ayame: I can't help you if you keep hiding secrets. Tell me what's wrong, Haruka.
Ayame: ...Like I said, I'm fine.
Ms. Ayame: I see. You are still not ready to tell me. Well, there is always time. You don't need to rush it. I'll always be waiting.
Ayame: Thanks, Mom.
Ms. Ayame: Oh yeah. You're not able to go to school today. You should take some rest from that traumatic experience. You did say you wanted to rest.
Ayame: Ah yeah, I did say that.
Ms. Ayame: Yep, so make sure to rest. I'll be right down here close to you. I don't want another attack to happen.
Ms. Ayame: Losing you twice is enough. I don't want that creature to hurt you anymore.
Ayame: It's fine, Mom. I'll always be alive and blooming.
Ms. Ayame: Please, warn me if something terrible happens.
Ms. Ayame: I'm scared I am not able to protect you.
Ayame: Ok, Mom. I'll warn you.
Ms. Ayame: Thanks, dear.
Ayame: I'm sorry, Mom. I made you worry about me, even though those alien attacks were because of me.
Ayame: I'll be the one protecting you instead. I'll see it to those aliens do not touch a strand of your hair and worry you anymore.
(Ayame finishes her food and goes upstairs to her messy yet clean room)
Ayame: I don't know what to do now. I can't go to school because Mom will worry too much.
Ayame: Ah yeah. I can watch some news to see if there are still any of those alien attacks.
