News Anchor: Breaking News. A neighborhood was just destroyed by countless aliens leaving a barren wasteland. Numerous people were found dead at the scene. We are still unsure of the extent of power these creatures possess, but we know they are powerful enough to destroy many cities.

News Anchor: Shockingly, they started moving to one location during the battle with the aliens. That location would be the neighborhood now called a barren wasteland.

News Anchor: Residents of this neighborhood must now look for a new place to stay as this place is now considered unhabitable. They are given the government's support as one of the creatures' victims.

News Anchor: The government is also taking immediate action and fixing the neighborhood back to its original form, but also said that they saw something else supernatural besides the creatures.

News Anchor: That will soon be discussed after this advertisement.

(The television rolls into an advertisement)

Ayame's New Home

Ayame: If only I were stronger. Nobody would have died.

Ayame: I thought I was stronger. It turns out that I was still the same as before.

Ayame: Powerless, weak, unworthy of such power.

Ayame: I should have saved them, but I was still lacking.

Ayame: I don't know if I can keep going. I'm too weak.

Ayame: Why was I chosen in the first place? Someone stronger than me should have been the one chosen.

Ayame: Did I even save some people? I let them die instead.

Ayame: Stupid. Weak. I should not have gotten this power. (she starts tearing up)

Ayame: I'm sorry everyone. I'm sorry I was not able to protect you.

(Suddenly, the news came back on the channel)

In the Television

News Anchor: And we are back.

News Anchor: On the scene, countless aliens were also found dead alongside the humans.

News Anchor: The government does not know which powerful being did this impossible feat. They suspect another being is powerful enough to destroy cities and be on par with the aliens.

News Anchor: With this in mind, we decided to question the survivors who were lucky enough to survive.

News Anchor: We will pass it on to our news reporter, Ayumi Tanaka, who is with the survivors.

(The news anchor passes it to Ayumi Tanaka, a news reporter)

Tanaka: Thank you for passing it on.

Tanaka: What we have learned is incredibly shocking, these survivors say the same thing.

Tanaka: During the terrifying situation, they all share one common sentence.

Tanaka: Let's see what these survivors have to say.

Tanaka: Sir. May I ask what happened during the scene? (to the survivor)

Old Man: A creature appeared, and we were all screaming. We didn't want to die.

Old Man: Until this girl showed up. She looked like a teenager, yet I couldn't see her face as she wore a mask. A mask that looked like a half kitsune mask.
