C H A P T E R 13 ☆[Cuddle Buddy]

"Finally, we're done with classes." Aoi thought. Regardless of the fact that they started late, she was still exhausted from the rest of the classes they had." Now she could finally rest. She was already outside of the dorm, waiting till she was finally ready to go inside because she knew that the moment she stepped inside it would've been chaos "fuck it, the sooner I go in the sooner I can finish my homework and fall asleep" truth is, aoi has been looking forward to this sleep. She hasn't been sleeping well lately due to a certain someone (tamaki) even tho he backed off now, who knows when he'll be back.

"AOI!"bezuip shouted while running towards her, aoi instantly covered her ears due to the sound "oh hey nezuko."aoi said removing her hands from her ears "what's wrong?"nezuko said looking at aoi with concern "nothing, I'm just tired that's all. And I don't really wanna go inside due to how noisy they can be" "you didn't hear did you?" "About what?" "Tanjiro, inosuke, genya, muichiro and makomo are in detention.." "..you have got to be kidding, how did they even end up there" aoi said opening the door and heading towards the couch with nezuko

"well inosuke muichiro and genya were vaping together in the bathrooms, tanjiro talked back to mister tengen after he yelled at kanao for not doing her work perfectly and makomo joined them because she was bored" "typical them.. fuck it. at least I get some peace and quiet. I haven't slept in days"aoi said expressionless, which caused nezuko to stare at her in shock "what?" "Are you alright?" "Yeah, why?" "Girl.. go sleep. This isn't normal. You know you can tell me if something's bothering you right?" "Yeah, it's just tamaki I guess. I know he's gone now but i can't rest assured unless I'm positive that he's done and gone for good" aoi said looking down at her legs "i know that it's not much coming from me as I haven't been in this situation but it'll be fine, we'll always protect you aoi. At this point I consider you more a sister than a friend and I never turn my back on family. If it helps, one time when I snuck into miss kocho's lab I found these syringes full of poison, next to it was a file which read that it contained a lot of wisteria (pretend it works on humans too) which could knock a person out for a couple of hours. We can take a few if you'd like including the recipe just in case that fucker comes back." By the end of nezuko's rant aoi was already in tears, she didn't know why she was crying but she didn't know how to stop either. I guess the situation was too overwhelming for her. But hearing those words come from her mouth made her realise that she wasn't alone in this. She had friends, loving friends that were there to protect her when she needed protection. When nezuko saw her crying she immediately wrapped her arms around her, took out her pigtails and massaged her head. (I know it sounds weird but those head massages are very comfortable for me 😩 especially with my 4c hair since it hurts my scalp a lot)

by the time she was done crying her mascara was already run down and she kind of looked like a mess, and to top it off the rest had just entered the dork as well, the moment she heard the door open aoi's head immediately turned towards her phone to check what time it was.. she hadn't realised that it had already been 2 whole hours.nezuko was still holding her but was already fast asleep "HEYYY WE'RE BACK!" Tanjiro said looking around for aoi zenitsu (he didn't know that he wasn't there) and nezuko "get the fuck out of the way, I'm too tired for your sunshine bullshit"inosuke said irritated at the fact that he spent most of his day in detention, he then proceeded to walk past tanjiro and look for aoi,but as soon as he saw her he immediately rushed to her and kneeled down in front of her "what the fuck happened??! Are you alright?" "Yeah no I'm fine don't worry about it" "Is that why you look like shit right now?" Inosuke said with a smirk on his face "Offended, and yeah. Me and nezuko just had a heart to heart conversation and it was a bit too overwhelming for me that's all. I'm fine really" she then held his hand to reassure him that she was alright "if you say so.. you still look like shit tho so if I were you I'd clean my face and go rest" they both then got up and left the living room, as aoi walked into the bathroom to clean her face inosuke went to go cook some food for the two of them since he was hungry and it seemed like aoi was too, but as soon as he got to the fridge he realised that he didn't know how to cook.. well he did, he just didn't know how to cook without instructions. So instead of cooking he just decided to make some ramen for both of them,

by the time he was done she was still in the bathroom so he took the ramen bowls and went inside of her room he placed one on the desk with all of her books since he knew that she liked to get all of her assignments ready before she rested. He then used the door that was connected to his room to leave.

Knock knock
"Come in" inosuke said while turning his head towards the door to aoi's room, she then stepped inside and closed the door behind her "what's up?" "Hey I just wanted to thank you for the ramen, it was very good" "yeah no problem" inosuke said turning his attention back to his book "and uhm.. I was kinda wondering if I could ask you something" "ask ahead" "could we maybe hang out again soon? I enjoyed hanging out with you the last time"aoi said staring down at the floor "oh yeah sure? When do you have time?"inosuke said closing his book and hopping off of his bed to walk to her. She then looked back up at him and then realised that he was shirtless "god he has such perfect abs.. wait no! What the fuck am I thinking. They're gross and look like drawn on waffle abs" that thought lasted until his was standing right before her, they made eye contact for a while until aoi came back to her senses and backed herself up a little,which was almost impossible since she was standing right infront of the door "oh uhm basically just the rest of the schoolweek I guess me and my sister's will be out of town for the weekend" "let's hang out on Wednesday then, I'm pretty sure that we finish early with our classes and start late the next day so we'll have enough time to do anything" "yeah cool! I'm gonna go head back to my room, I wouldn't want to overstay my welcome" "oh no it's fine I guess if you're down we can just chill here I guess" "oh okay, let me go grab my phone then" "Kay"

They stayed up talking for about 1,5 hours until all of aoi's tiredness finally caught up to her and she fell asleep. Weird enough she did so on inosuke's chest. Since he was still awake he was basically freaking out, he didn't know what to do or what to tell her in the morning. He then came to the conclusion that he fell asleep as well and didn't remember her falling asleep. Basically the easy way out. But boy was he wrong

"YOO INOSUKE WAKE THE FUCK UP IT'S TIME FOR CLASS WHY ARE YOU STILL ASLEEP" Zenitsu yelled while barging into inosukes room unannounced "can you shut up! It's still early"aoi said opening her eyes and seeing a shocked zenitsu standing in front of her "don't tell me that.." "ew no! Control your thoughts dude, we were just talking and then we fell asleep that's it." "Whatever you say.. guys I found aoi she's sleeping with inosuke" "DUDE WHAT THE FUCK STOP MAKING SHIT SOUND SO FUCKING WEIRD" "why the fuck are you guys yelling so early"inosuke said sitting up while rubbing his eyes,by the time he could see properly almost all of his friends were standing in front of him, in his room. "The fuck are you guys doing here." "Nothing really, just trying to see for ourselves that you and aoi really slept together.."kanao said giving him the NASTIEST look "fuck, I knew I should've out her back in her room" "we didn't fuck shithead if that's what's going through all of your filthy minds right now, we talked then fell asleep that's it. And even if we did fuck it would've been none of your fucking business" "for once I agree with inosuke, now get out of the way I need to get ready"aoi said hopping off of inosuke's bed
