C H A P T E R 15 ☆

inosuke pov

fuck, this is more awkward than i thought it'd be. ever since i realised i had feelings i just didn't know how to be the same around her. how do i start a conversation.. how do i talk to her. where the fuck is tanjiro when you need him

aoi and insoke were currently walking to dorm parking spot. it was already 6 pm and the place closed at 9 so they really didn't have time to spare since their journey was a little over an hour long.

"by the way, did you happen to take notes during class today? i kinda zoned out lol" aoi asked him "yeah sure, i'll lend you my notebook when we get back" "thanks!" "by the way, uhm.. how was your day?" "wow inosuke being gentle for once? that's not something you see everyday" "nevermind then" "no wait i'm sorry! my day was alright, and yours?" "yeah same" "where are you even taking me though?" "i'm not sure if i should tell you yet, i heard most people keep it a surprise although this isn't really anything to get all excited for" "oh alright then, anyways who's driving?" "i am, we can go with my.. vehicle." "uhm okay? why not just call it a car lmao" aoi said while following inosuke over to his 'car' although when they reached it she realised why he hid what it was. "no" "what do you mean no?"inosuke asked her kind of confused at her answer "i am NOT HOPPING ON THAT FUCKING DEATHMACHINE." infront of aoi was standing a kawasaki ninja H2R, which is none other than a motorcycle aka sportbike.
"do you always have a stick up your ass?" "excuse me?" "you heard me, stop being so fucking uptight and just hop on coward" inosuke said "i am not uptight! i am just not ready to die yet. and there is literally nothing you can do that'll make me get on that thing."

"I HATE YOU"aoi screamed trying to hold inosuke while he was riding his motorcycle 'is this sicko crazy? i don't know at how many mph he was going but i do know that he's going extremely fast, one slight change and we're fucking dead. but still the same time.. it's kinda fun and it feels comfortable being close to him' he chuckled as she said that which made her blush because she could feel it, she liked him and deep down she knew it. she just wasn't ready to admit that yet.
"ARE WE ALMOST THERE?"aoi asked, but the only response she got was him going even faster although it didn't last for long since he was slowing down and heading towards the exit lane 'thank God." aoi thought to herself

"okay we're here" inosuke said guiding aoi towards the entrance and then holding the door open for her "woah.. i've been to an arcade before but it's never looked like this. this looks like something you'd see in one of those fantasy games.."aoi said admiring the place "cmon let's go try out some games"insoke said taking her hand and walking towards the games, first they went to the claw machine, although they left soon after cause inosuke couldn't get anything. aoi did win 5 small stuffed animals tho. 1 squirtle ( blue with a brown shield aka a sea turtle and yes in know sea turtles aren't blue) 1 kirby (pink round and adorable) 2 pikachu's (we all know pikachu..) with different facial expressions and 1 gengale (purple looks like the demon emoji 😈)
after that they went to one of the car racing games, inosuke ended up getting last place because he fell for every trap. and aoi got 4th place out of 8th. so she was kind of in the middle but she was still glad with her score, after that they decided to go on the motorcycle racing games, inosuke was able to get 1st place in that one and aoi got last place this time, she didn't care tho she was way too excited for jnosuke

"you did it! not that i expected any less from you tho. congratulations!" aoi said with one of the biggest smiles on her face, inosuke was sitting sideways on the motorcycle while she was standing infront of him. without thinking he grabbed her hand, pulled her towards him and put both of his arms around her waist and his head on her chest embracing her in a deep hug. she stood still for a second and then hugged him back. they pulled away not long after even though it felt like it was never going to end. "thank you aoi"inosuke said making eye contact with her, she smiled at him again and then proceeded to pull him off of the motorcycle and dragged him along to the vr headsets she took one for herself and handed another one to inosuke "i'm good, you go ahead i'll wait for you" he then sat down on a bench behind her and watched her play 'she reslly is the most beautiful girl i've ever met.. and smartest as well, she's also very hardworking and caring for her loved ones, i think i might be falling in love with her.. she's good at everything she does and i think she might like me too.. at least i hope she does.'

this whole time inosuke had been staring at her, watching her every move. she looked so happy, although he wonders if that was because of him or the game, he really hopes it's him tho.
aoi then turned around and took off her vr headset making eyecontact with inosuke which made inosuke look the other way not wanting to get caught staring at her "you know, it you take a picture it'll last longer" she teased "shut the fuck up" "okay mr grumpy pants, anyways i'm done so if you want we can leave now"she said putting the headset and controllers down and waking towards inosuke. he then stood up and took her hand, guiding her to the exit and then taking his hand back once they were outside.

"do you have your keys?" inosuke asked aoi "yeah wait gimme a sec" she answered, opening her bag looking for them although that wasn't really necessary since someone had opened the door "muichiro?" "oh hey aoi, inosuke" "i'm guessing you were here for genya?" "yeah but i gotta go now since it's almost 10 and i don't really wanna get punished for breaking curfew" "oh alright, bye!" she said giving him a slight hug and making her way inside followed by inosuke who then closed the door and headed for the kitchen, aoi went to her room and got her stuff ready to go shower and then left them on her dresser to go join inosuke in the kitchen "i had a lot of fun today, we should do this more often inosuke" "yeah we should, btw do uhm maybe wanna come watch a movie with me in my room?" "yeah sure! i think we should use my room tho cause genya's probably sleeping" "and i uh have one more thing to ask you" "hm?" could you do my hair again like you did the last time?" "i'd love to, i'm gonna go take a quick shower now tho so you can wait in my room if you want. oh and! please make some of those instant ramens i bought, i'm starving and you probably are too"as if right on cue inosuke's stomach let out a large growl "looks like i was right"aoi said and then proceeded to head to the bathroom

A/N, ANOTHER CHAPTER HAS BEEN COMPLETED 😭 my dumbass is writing this at 4:45 am 💀 it's probably for the best anyway, since i'd most likely procrastinate it i way daytime. i will most likely also upload chapter 16 this week since i have literally nothing else to do. i hope you guys enjoyed this chapter tho!<33
