Before talking about fruit facials, let me introduce myself. I am a girl who has had an interest in beauty right from a young age. So I did a basic beautician course in my town while I was 15.
With the knowledge I gained at 15, I did something and named it a fruit facial. That is what I am sharing today. This journal's main purpose is to look back whenever I need a glow-up in the future. I hope you too can get some useful tips and tricks.
Let's get started.
First, wash your face with soap, face wash, or a mild cleanser.
Fruit-facial steps involved:
1. Cleansing
2. Scrub
3. Massage
4. Face packAs it is a 100% natural facial, I used everything that I could get from the kitchen.
1. Cleansing
The skin of milk is used. It deeply moisturizes your face. Milk is a natural cleanser, and it also gives even skin tone.
2. Scrub
Sugar is sprinkled on top of the tomato and used as a scrub.
Sugar acts as an exfoliating scrub by removing dead skin cells.
Tomatoes have skin-brightening and detanning properties. If you are tanned, just blend tomatoes and apply them to your face. You will love it.3.Massage
Curd and homemade bathing powder are used.
Bathing powder is also 100% natural. It is made out of dried peels of oranges, lemons, promogrenate, rose petals, and some other dried herbal products.
Curd is a natural exfoliator and also tightens the pores.
(If someone demands the bathing powder recipe, I will post it soon.)
(Massage steps are hard to explain in words, so I just skipped.) It's okay, right?4. Face pack
I went for the hardest and nastiest face pack. Egg whites.
It enhances the skin's elasticity and also prevents blackheads and whiteheads. After each step, wash your face with water. After completing all 4 steps, wash your face with soap or face wash.
As we used eggs, fat-rich milk, and curd, washing it with soap or mild cleanser is necessary.
Already, this chapter is loaded with information, so tomorrow, let's discuss pedicures and other tips.
If you have any suggestions on what I should do for a crazy glowup, comment below.
