Because of self-love, I didn't post yesterday, guys. Still a very big fat sorry, guys. I like to give reasons for skipping yesterday's journal. I actually completed a fruit facial and pedicure at night and fell sick. So I took a day off. Now back to work.
We all need a glow-up. But most of the time, we don't know where to start. So today I will share the glow up guide that impressed me.
I first watched this on the Dear Peachie YouTube channel. So based on this blueprint, the first thing to focus on is health. Health means an ideal BMI index, healthy skin and hair, perfect posture, and also being mentally healthy. If you are healthy in all aspects, your 45% glowup is already done. Which means you have already passed. Ta daaaaaa!
Now you are already a painting. Some finer details can be added to make you much more perfect.
Before seeing this blueprint, I used to focus more on style, which holds only 5% weight. I also worry about facial features that are hard to change. But now we know where to focus.
I think I will focus on my health a bit more.
Healthy skin, shiny hair, and perfect posture are all on which I should focus first.
But things don't go as planned. We might be given challenges in the middle of our journey. I decided to self-love, but in the process of taking care of someone I love, I traveled around 200 miles yesterday night. That trip is what made me sick. For an indefinite period of time, I am away from my home. So I can't do crazy face packs or hair packs. So for tomorrow, let's buy and apply a sheet mask, chop nails, and have a simple self-love day.
On day 3, you can see how I did a fruit facial and pedicure. So just continue reading.
Bye byee
I am waiting for your votes and comments.
