During the time that followed afterwards, Gohan had met Ozpin. Well, Ozpin in Oscar's body. It was weird. Even for him. And what made it weirder was that nobody questioned why a supposed soul of a relic would possess a 13 year old boy?

Gohan called him a relic mentally because of Ozpin's nature. It was like, he lived for more than what he said how long he lived for, especially when he mentions that he was cursed for not destroying Salem in the past.

Now there was a question that needed answering.

Who was this Salem?

What was her part in all this?

Why did she cause so much suffering in this world?

How did Ozpin know about her?

Or of her plans even?

From Gohan's point of view, this was too shady. Gohan didn't know why, but he just couldn't trust Ozpin the same way he could trust Yang or Weiss or Ruby. Or anyone else that was aboard the 'Defeat Salem Party'.

Then came the reason why they were in Mistral. To head to Haven academy. Within that academy held an ancient artifact called a relic, that held a power that could help them find a way to defeat Salem.

Which sounded all fine and dandy for the others. But Gohan again, had to ask, why didn't they find ancient libraries that held books that could have taught them how to seal or dismantle one's immortality?

This seems to be a world that would have such locations. So why not find that instead of a relic? To Gohan, once again, it all sounded.....Too bizarre.

It got so bad, that Gohan had to sit everyone down and get an understanding of what they were about to do. Especially, when you needed the FALL MAIDEN, TO OPEN THE GATE OR WHATEVER, TO EVEN GET THIS RELIC. WHAT IF THEY WERE SETTING UP A TRAP FOR THE FALL MAIDEN?

FOR THE ENEMY? WHAT IF THE ENEMY WAS A FRIEND WITH THE FALL MAIDEN AND HAD ALREADY GOTTEN THE RELIC?

HONESTLY, THERE SO MANY QUESTIONS THAT BOTHERED THE YOUNG SAIYAN.

AND INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THESE QUESTIONS WITH GENUINE ANSWERS, OZZY TELLS GOHAN NOT TO WORRY THAT ALL WILL WORK FOR THEIR BENEFIT.

THAT WAS IT.

NO DOUBTS.

JUST STRAIGHT POSITIVITY.

NOW GOHAN HAVE BEEN IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS PLENTY OF TIMES WITH HIS DAD, AND BOTH HAD TO LEARN, THAT EVERYTHING DOES NOT WORK OUT BECAUSE YOU ARE LUCKY OR A MCGUFFIN.

BACKFIRE.

SOME WITH SUCH FORCE THAT THEY CAN QUESTION YOUR OWN EXISTENCE AND BELIEFS. Gohan decided not to argue with this man trapped in the body of a boy. Instead, he was thinking of a back up plan just in case this one backfired.

He consulted with Yang and Weiss And Ruby and Nora and Ren and Jaune. Not with Qrow because Qrow believed in Ozpin as though Ozpin was God himself, but with the people he considered normal and was just as shaky about this as he was. "Listen, I dunno, but I just don't trust the guy. This is the SAME guy who gave your uncle and mom the ability to turn into freaking birds. That's twisted."

"I can't say that I don't agree with that. But Gohan, Ozpin won't lie to us. In fact he hasn't lied to us this far." Said Yang

"I know. But I'm just being safe rather than sorry. Besides, if they beat us to the punch, we need to have a plan B. That being, if this backfires, we try to find any existing archives throughout the 4 kingdoms. If we should find one, unlocked, then we enter in and find any information on either how to seal, or de-immortalized an Immortal. At least that way we can focus on the other problems. Like the White Fang. And the Grimm. Whatever remains after Salem's defeat." He replied.
